Curious what you thing of the forgiveness.  I understand the KM's are touted as being a somewhat forgiving blade but you really can't expect to hit them all over the face and have them perform.  This is what I'm finding out thus far.  With the Cb's, I can play once a week and have not problem finding the sweet spot.  With the KM's, I'm going to have to stay on top of my game, which I'm looking forward to.

What is the blade length in comparison to the 501 and 201? Can't seem to find that spec online.

Just ordered a set without trying them. Going from JPX921 forged to these. Interested to see how forgiving they actually are compared to the Mizuno

No ordered through will peoples but seems there is very limited stock on these. Sounds like most dealers only got a few sets

Ah, gotcha. Yea, I think Peoples posted they sold out immediately on Instagram. I was looking to buy from him too. I messaged them asking when they'll get more, I guess we will see.

I placed an order through Miura. 4-6 weeks. Should show up right in time for my birthday.. Wife can't kill me on my birthday.

I got mine within 72 hrs of release. Play taylormade p790s 4-9 now. Miura pw, gap, 54, 60 wedges. It being miura sans last design, love the story, bought them without hitting them. Will update when I can (july 4th week delivery - fml)

I've heard this a number of times over the years. Has this been confirmed with the KM-700?

I also bought them without hitting them. I've been fitted for the 501s and 201s so I went with the same shaft and what not. If they don't work Miuras are pretty easy to sell. May lose a little bit of money but worth the try.

Next release is scheduled for Christmas, I'm pretty sure you can sell for a small profit.

Ok, I have them.  We played 36 on Thursday (a rare event for me at my age) and during the second round I got a call saying the clubs were ready.  Bad timing.  I picked them up after the second round on my way home.  

 

Of course now we have 7 days of heavy rain (including a rainfall warning!) in the forecast.  So, I took them to an indoor range - one of the Korean camera setups (I'll review that in a second).  The clubs are one club shorter than my CB-301s.  Not quite as unforgiving as MB-101s but close.  I'd call them game improvement clubs in that you'd better damn well improve your game if you want to play them!  :^)

 

But they are pure sex in the bag.  I've never seen a set of clubs that looked this good.  We have a 7 AM tee time tomorrow and Thu.  Tomorrow is dicey because of weather but we're going to go regardless.  Unless it's pouring down, we'll play.  I have rain gear I've never used so this might be the time.

 

I'll play these clubs for a month or two and see how I adjust to them.  I think I'll likely go back to my CB-301s for the forgiveness but who knows.

 

Now, the Korean Screen Golf place.  Totally wrong numbers.  I was getting swing speeds of 60 mph and ball speeds of 120 mph with an iron.  Lol.  I *think* the distance numbers were close though.  But I can't be sure because I know the club speed numbers are totally off.

Thanks for the feedback RhytmEarl.  The CB 301s are stronger in loft.  That would explain the distance gap.

No golf today.  Local state of emergency due to rain (Calgary AB CA).  I'm going to go to the local indoor range (110 yards).  They also have the new Tiger Woods endorsed simulators so if there's an opening I will rent one for an hour or two.  

 

The golf weather gods are playing with me.

I only have one round so far and they will take some getting used to.  As I mentioned coming from the CB-57's, the KM's are noticeably more demanding to hit perfect.  I'm also about half a club shorter on the KM's due to the slightly weaker lofts.  I'd rather not bend them yet though.  I need a few more rounds and range sessions before giving my final verdict.

I feel like no one has these yet. Whenever clubs come out I can usually find a ton of reviews, videos, blogs etc and there is like none of that right now. Couple of videos on Youtube, but just not much out there yet about them.
