A girl my son wrestles multiple times every week made Team USA about six weeks ago.

 

She just won U15 gold in the Pan Am games in El Salvador in absolutely dominant fashion. She is just the best kid, so happy for her. Beast!

...  I'd say a good firm medium press. I think if I pressed hard on the butt end, I could break the shaft. Waggling it is also a trip. It doesn't do well with an aggressive, fast transition. But as insane as it sounds, the faster you swing the more it tightens up through impact. Korean Hidden Technology or Kung Fu Shaft Master?

... Guess I won't be playing Friday. These next 2.5 months are my version of Winter for those that live in cold climates. Next month it won't get any lower than the mid 90's overnight. No cold showers and the water is almost scalding coming out of the shower head so you have to wait 30 seconds or more til it just gets regular ole hot.

NCSU was initially an agricultural school. Those who prefer a shade of blue would say "Cow College" as if it were some sort of pejorative!

... Give me agriculture over liberal arts every time!!! My Mom worked for a UNC Doctor in Greensboro. They used to get some hilarious letters from the alumni when the Basketball Tournament rolled around. I always found Chap[el Hill folks a little snooty while NCS folks were down to earth, but I had to laugh at the letter that was addressed to NC State students and alumni but went to UNC alumni and stated things like:

When driving your tractor to Greensboro, keep it on the shoulder not the highway

You have to bring your own chew spit cup but you will have to hide it from the ushers

Try to learn one new big word that you can't spell and use the correct pronunciation
