... Your post is blank with that little blue box in the middle. And it was upside down on another site. I looked up a fix and evidently when taking landscape I am supposed to turn the camera sideways or it can post upside down. Other than a 2nd grader with an iPhone, who knew?

Weird. It was a right side up photo for about 5 minutes and then, yes, it went blank.

neither did i until i was in the exact position you’re in a few months ago.

We were quite surprised when we reached the 1st green and saw they had very recently aerated.  Small punches but they did a terrible job of blowing off the greens.  Leftover debris was everywhere and for many putts it was hit and hope.  No mention made in the proshop at check-in and obviously no discounted greens fees.  

A nice walk with great weather and pleasant company (who put on a driving clinic with 13-14  fairways) made for a fine afternoon.  Except for the greens...

Yep it is that time of the year in the Piedmont and Triad areas of NC. Actually as far as the growing cycle goes it is optimal time here but because of the spring tourist golf season they delay until Bike Weeks in May when there are hardly any tourist golfers here. Right now our greens are in limbo. The rye cover is dying out and the nights have not been warm enough yet for the Bermuda to pop. Plus our greens are stressed out too from averaging over 200 players per day.

Down here our largest golf group The Founders Group is bad about not telling people the greens have been aerated and they charge full price even with the locals Prime Times card thing. The Legends group is just as bad. One of the reasons I tend to stick to my home course where I am a member at.

In all fairness I have my own personal vendetta against the Founders Group and the way they did us long time members at Indian Wells before closing it for good.

Think I could have a high percentage of FIR driving the ball on those fairways.  This one is a bit more problematic.  Requiring a high degree of steerage.

Now I don't think chisag's upside down situation is a an attachment limit issue, but the attachment limit is indeed a real thing and probably 75% of WRX'rs don't know it's a thing. I post so many photos that I have to once a month go back and delete say 40-60 photos to free up space so I can add new ones.

If you reach your limit on attachments when you try to share a photo a large black square appears that says file too large or something very close to that.

yeah i have no idea what causes the upside down pictures. it’s happened to me a couple of times. 

 

the attachment limit tip was for TS though.  as soon as he said he posted a pic in the morning that came up as “too large” in the evening, i knew what happened.
