Poor Holly, 20 years ago I thought she was the prettiest woman on TV and now she is unrecognizable.  Chasing the ego driven perfect look.

 

So I can avoid this eventuality fat guy has to sweat.  So this is the week so far.  Let’s be clear though, “strength training” is a misnomer.  Visualize a fat guy laying on the floor doing as much as he can while sweating profusely.  Also I know, the calorie burn is elevated so us heavier folks can feel good about themselves.

 

The second pic is nerd boy who of course has a heart rate monitor.

Man, hour cycling at those hr levels is dope! I haven’t cycled last 2 years but did a lot few years back and that really melts fat and awesome cardio. My resting heart rate got down to like 46 bpm when I was doing a lot of cycling. 
 

And stop being self deprecating! Even if the calories are overestimated, you’re obviously working really hard and your strength training.

... That is so funny Stu. I never heard of The Generals (or Checkers) and none of my friends ever mentioned hockey. Ever. I had no idea it existed outside of Europe and Canada.

... I have my own. Undersink Reverse Osmosis is great for filtering out all contaminants and the Trace Minerals to replenish the good ingredients that are filtered out. Many bottled waters have no minerals that are found in real spring water.  I have a 40oz and two 32oz Hydro Flasks double walled stainless steel bottles I fill and use, so no plastic for this hippie!

my house is on its own well so i just drink straight from the tap like back in the ‘90s!!

 

no water bill is a nice bonus

Mix several different bottles together like vodka, bourbon, gin, whisky or whatever he could get and sneak out of the house and mix it with warm water from a garden hose! No wonder I stopped drinking ing my mid 20's.  🤪

... Not sure when but I expect water to be a scarce commodity in the near future for much of the world and especially the Southwest US. I am shocked at how careless people are with water as if there is an endless supply. One day soon flushing the toilet after urinating only once will call for a fine. Since I have lived here there are several bridges over rocks and dust called the Salt River. Due to an amazingly cold, wet winter the Salt River has actually flowed with water like ... well .. a river! But it is receding quickly and I expect in another 2-3 weeks it will be back to rocks. It should be a reminder to residents how precious this resource is and will be in a desert.

... Oh yea, we bought Everclear and did the same with some cheap knockoff Hawaiian Punch like Tropical Fruit Drink in a clean garbage can. Occasionally we poured some in a watermelon over night and ate that on Friday night.

i briefly, and i want to emphasize briefly, dated a girl in college who “cut” her everclear with crystal light powder packets. 

 

she didn’t understand that the powder didn’t dilute anything and that she was still drinking a cup full of 95% alcohol
