Lowest Spinning Highest Launching Tour Ball in Yellow

Looking to find a ball that is going to maintain launch and not spin very much, but comes in yellow. 2019 TP5x would be an example, but the new ones are awful and Left Dash doesn't come in yellow. My thought was Chrome Soft X LS

Bridgestone BX? I found it launches a touch higher than the standard ProV1. One of the main reasons I moved from it to the ProV1 was for a lower flight. 

 

Might spin a bit more than the left dash or CS XLS but I wouldn't consider it a high spin ball.

Thats interesting. How is the spin on the BX compared to the ProV1?

For me they are pretty close. Can’t tell a difference with driver. BX spins a little more with long and mid irons. Pro V1 spins a little more around the greens.

 

BX feels a lot firmer, flies a little higher.

I played the LS a bunch last 2 years, it launches high but in a more piercing way at least for me. Spin wise was low, not crazy low on driver where it would fall out of the sky, irons as long as you had a decent descent angle it held the greens fine, hard greens was a bit of an issue for me one round. Wedges I did begin to struggle with a bit due to the lower spin, but if you have fresh grooves it should be fine. 

 

Definitely try a box out and see what you think.

Everything you just described sounds perfect to me. I never find myself wanting for spin into green as most course I play tend to be on the soft side of thing. How was the spin around the greens for you? I've read mixed things on that

When my swing was on this was an awesome ball for me but my swing lost its way a bit. 

 

Green side spin was lacking for me honestly when I was struggling, I just went to the regular CSX instead but at your handicap I assume you'd have more control over your wedge spin than me last year. I still think I have a box so will try them again with new wedges and a better swing.

Thanks for the info. Dont let my handicap fool you I have no control over the wedge spin, I add way too much loft so anything that take spin off is a plus.

So that may be good for your game. Definitely a ball you should buy a sleeve or a box of and try out.

Similar experience. I found it “feels” softer than the Prov1X left dash, which I understand to be a similar ball.  LS possibly longer, but I’ve yet to compare them side by side on the course. Yes-worth trying them out.

I've never played the -ProV1X just cause the cost of the ball and shipping from Titleist Canada is just absurd, would make a box like $100 CAD so I just tried the CSX-LS since I can walk into a store and buy them. For me it was a cost/convenience factor but I'm sure it would have been a ball I enjoyed.

I bought some left - at my club in Calgary last fall. Saw some at Golftown last week. I’ll be comparing the 2 when the season starts, but I think it’ll be the LS for me.

I'll have to check GolfTown then but man 73/dozen plus tax is up there for us. 

 

I'm going to work through my current stash of balls and hopefully refill if I see deals as I go.

LS has been my unicorn ball. Gets my launch up has a piercing kind of flight and can still spin it plenty enough with my wedges for my liking and i get a little extra distance out of it with the longer clubs.

I like the Srixon XV and the CSX. Though neither are truly low spin.

CSX LS is a very solid choice. I've played both -Dash and LS side by side and LS feels wayyyy better imo.  Not firm like -Dash and feels good arounds the greens.   I play CSX bc i prefer the height, spin off irons, but they are close in terms of performance.
