Kid is on fire right now, just won the Minnesota State Open and then followed it up by destroying the field at the State Am

Such an incredible stretch of golf: 9 shot win at the state open, followed by a 12 shot win at the state am. I was so happy to see him get an exemption into the 3M.

 

His state am performance was mind blowing to those of us in the field. He was even par through his first nine holes and finished his tournament with 4 straight pars. So he was 23-under par for the other 41 holes 😂

He murdered the front 9 at the Am.  One of the juniors at our club played with him and was blown away how easy he made it look, said he didn't have a par putt longer than 3 ft.

I followed Caleb for most of round 1 and 2.   I told his mom it was the best golf I ever seen live. He made the redesigned 7150 yard layout look like a pitch and putt.
