I'm a mid handicapper and I love my 300 mini which has been a game changer for me. I currently have a Ventus red 7S 3 wood shaft, but I was wondering what else you guys find works. I don't have any numbers, but it seems like the red spins a touch much for my swing. I really like the feeling of the ventus shafts though and would lean towards them. The OG shaft was very unstable and it was night and day when I swapped them around.

Had a Kai’li White 70TX, hated it. Put an ACCRA TZ6 75 M5 in it and it’s amazing!

I have essentially the same setup. Driver is my bomber, mini is my safety but also the go-to for tee shots with trouble right or if I want to launch something higher. I set my 13.5 up at 12.0 and it's still easy to move right-to-left. I can hit it off the deck with a good lie, but it's rarely necessary. I have a hot 5w set at 17.0 the can get me 250 when I need it. I just love having two good tee options, and mini is more powerful and reliable than a strong 3w.

Im not a low cap, 9, but hit my best scores consistently this year with a mini driver. Before I got the new mini, the driver was always almost always used off the tee, and the 3 wood was for tight tee shots. Now mini takes the priority, pretty much flipped in usage off the tee with the driver. 
 

next club is a 19 uw.

Off and on with the mini driver since the Original One. Now firmly back. 

 

I draw the ball, so if I toe a fairway wood, it's curving 30-50y left. That's not playable.

3w/4w/5w/7w, all failed experiments because a toe hit was a death sentence. If you toe a driver, at least you have a chance. 

 

Now using a Drive/Mini/2i 

 

The absolutely gem of a shot is choking down on the mini so it plays around 41". Feels like you're hitting a 6 iron that goes 240y and runs.

I'm a huge fan of the mini driver and the thought process behind it.  That said, I don't have one in the bag right now because the 2w/3w that I do have in the bag is:

 

1. Easier to shape the "opposite" way of my driver

2. Fits the yardage I need

3. Just as forgiving

4. Easier off the turf

 

And, FWIW, these are the "jobs" that I need the 2nd longest club in my bag to do, and in this exact order.  But, if Callaway dip their toe back into the mini market, I'm be the first one in line to take a swing!

If I could find a driver in the 400cc size that feels like my mini I would game that rather than a driver all day.  My 13.5 Mini is used as a 3 wood though curranty set to 11.5.  I believe I have used it once off the deck over that last year and a half so its mainly off the tee.  Sometimes I think of just taking the driver out of the bag since I hit the mini so well.  The 3 wood spot is an odd one for me as I don't play long courses with my buddies so I seldom have a second shot into a par 5 that calls for that yardage and if I do its probably into a green that has trouble around it so a layup is probably the play.

I played the TM OO with an x100 for a season and a half, and if I didnt figure out how to be more consistent with a driver, it'd still be in the bag.
