28.1* would be accurate. This is not a face balanced putter it will swing a bit more like a blade/mallet combo. Really cool that TM is releasing this one.

I’ve got one. Just some practice with it, no rounds. Really great feel. If you like blades, this is a nice addition to go back and forth with the weight forward.

Just grabbed the Double Bend, to me it feels like a more premium version of GTX with a wider footprint. Weight and stability felt better as well the alignment aid is great.

website seems to show the black kbs shaft with the white spider 1.0 grip as the recent release. didnt see any  HC pictures but it makes you think it would be the same/similar

Wish they offered this release in LH, having a milled plumbers neck mallet is rare these days. Solid release and price point!

Yeah, for some reason I thought it would be going for at least $1k being a rare LE release.

I sat for about 10 minutes.  I’ve never used a mallet, currently using a Squareback 2, but clicked the order button.

I’ve never purchased a putter without hitting, but it’s cold and rainy here, so I guess I bought a putter.

Nice!  This putter looks great and I’m sure it will feel even better than it looks.  If they add a 35 inch model, I’ll probably pull the trigger myself.

This is a glowing review, first I have seen by anyone on it. Glad I pulled trigger now and wasn’t sure what feedback on feel might be.

If this was a slant neck, I'd definitely be all over it.  Hopefully that means that it is a possibility down the road.  Looking forward to seeing some of the reviews with it.

 

Recently transitioned to the GTx and really, really bummed that they don't have the GTx in the MySpider Custom any longer.

TM got me here. I've always loved the stability of Spider putters, and the true path alignment..........but the insert always left something to be desired. 

 

Milled face, good neck option, hopefully this one feels as good as it looks when it arrives

Verified with TM that this is only available in 34 inch, evidently their website was wrong earlier and has been corrected.

Very curious how the feel and roll differs since there's no pure roll slits or anything in it.  Wonder how it compares to a phantom x5

Still shows 35" in the specs in Canada, but guess they'll fix that.

Yeah, I talked to several people at TM who said it was error.  It’s fixed on their site here now.  I wanted a 35 as well.

I hadn’t seen these before finding this post. They look amazing. I’ve always been a big fan of the Spider line. I can easily see one of these ending up in my bag this upcoming season.

With feel being so subjective. Why do we get excited to see a review from one person saying the feel “is sensational”? I know for a fact that I think the feel (sound) of the Ping 410 max is atrocious and others think it is sensational. So??? 🤷🏼‍♂️

You’re right but there’s more reviews saying similar now online too. I would also say then when it’s a small piece of milling attached to a frame this is something that we don’t see often in putters. Often would see a mallet that is a full milled block - not sure what to expect in terms of feel.
