The BB8 Proto is the nicest followed by the BB0-Wide. 

 

They're also definitely trying a lot of new shapes, some original some copies.

I love Betti's splitback designs. I have an older model QB6 with a splitback and the subtle shaping is so nice. This one looks like a BB28 base shape.

I've always loved the head shaped of Betti putters, but have never got along with the feel for whatever reason. Odyssey White Hot face all day long!

How much sense does it make for a company with next to zero tour presence to make "tour only" putters?

They are tour only prototypes right now that will end up production putters in the very near future.

I fixated on this one. A lot of things I like about. Not too long a blade. Small alignment line on top. Looks “stocky” but not large. I like the Betti’s with the narrow cavities, close to ball width. When the cavity gets too wide, I don’t feel like it helps me aim. 
 

 

Hey @MattM97, is this one somewhat like the current QB15? That is my favorite of this year’s lineup.

No completely different shape this would be a BB1-Wide or BB0-Wide. Closest on the market would probably be a Ping PLD Anser D or a Scotty Newport Plus but they don't quite have that ball width alignment built into the putter.

 

Then again at the same time what this would cost to buy you can get a custom PLD with that feature on a few putters.

Of the PLDs I felt more comfortable with the Anser than the Anser D, mainly due to liking the lighter weight. But you are right — both have wider cavities, which I assume helps with MOI. So not my favorite but the standard PLD Anser sure did feel sweet!
 

I like the cavity on the QB15 but it is very square overall. If I had my choice, I would prefer the shape of the cavity in this prototype with the square shoulders of the mid cavity against the curved shoulders on the back section.
