Well I said i didnt need a CC membership but here I am

Given the price increase, coupled with how chintzy the bag looks and the weak releases last year I think I'm passing for the first time in a couple years. Loved the boston bag which i use frequently (just wish it had a shoulder strap...) and umbrella, but much like the water bottle a few years ago this doesn't do it for me. Will save the $190 and buy an SM10.

To those who didn’t get the kit the first time, did you get an email about it?

I did, and I actually got it about a minute after I noticed it on the site and ordered so I was pleasantly surprised.  Usually I get it about a half an hour after it's live

Got mine in today. A little taller than the gray bag from a few years ago that I forgot I still had in the plastic bag and box. This new one could be a good gym bag.

Would you part ways with the gray bag? I wasnt a scotty lover when that one was released 😞

So since I have no idea what I'm doing I want to ask this instead of on release days;

 

Now that I'm a CC member all I have to do is login and i'll be able to buy his junk the minute it's live on the website with no additional steps, correct? Theres no additional login or special page or portal to use? The items show up on the same pages I used to look at when not being a CC member but I'll actually be able to hit 'add to cart'?

go ahead and set up your address, CC information, etc.  Once you have this set up, when there are items for releases you can simply add to your cart and do a fast checkout

 

Basically the drops are on Wednesdays and you just want to make sure you start refreshing the pages a couple minutes before. Bags almost go bot style but everything else can be had by a human....

My advice..if theres a bag and u might want it..add to cart then checkout asap. If u try to add any other items the odds are someone else will check

out before you and you lose ur bag.  Towels usually go fast too.

Don’t sleep on Monday releases either. They’ve thrown a curveball before and did a Monday release.

Someone correct me if im wrong but twice a year they have/had a Speedshop release which i believe were on Fridays.  Completely random Friday not connected to a specific tourny. (Unlike most releases that are themed to specific tourny..US open, Masters…etc. )

 FYI—-website shows “addtional membership opportunities “ for future CC memberships.

Last year was only Feb 9 for speed shop. Around April is when they usually update the custom shop with new items/covers. End of the year is when they have their custom shop limited covers.

I got the bag, and I am very impressed!  It is bigger than I thought and the quality is better than I expected.

new rule for 24’- if you check “new releases” on Tuesdays u get locked out of the Wednesday release.  😅

Kind of having second thoughts on the membership kit.  Trying to see if they'll cancel my order since it hasn't shipped yet.  Was kind of an impulse buy and really don't have a need for it.  Anyone have luck canceling or returning a membership kit?

Most people don’t buy the membership kit for the actual kit. It’s for the remaining releases for the year. 
 

I’ve had bad luck with Cameron on the customer service side.

I think you're kinda stuck unless they caught it before some processing is done on their end. Might as well try to recoup 50% of it and sell the kit and keep the membership for the year.

you can call and request to cancel. if not just sell the kit and you'll still have access all year.
