Roast my swing and Guess my

I am not a coach but I'd rate that swing as solid overall. 8 handicap, assuming you can putt?

 

On the way down you might benefit from getting your trail elbow a little closer to the ball. This might help the shaft shallow a little and as an added benefit it might improve your lead wrist conditions. I'm sure there will be a few posts below explaining why I'm wrong about that. 🙂

It’s a good-looking move, I’ve played with par shooters with worse looking swings. I really like how you keep your arms extended. 

 

You are moving your pelvis towards the ball in the backswing. I’d like to see your right hip somewhat deeper at the top.

 

Transition: Perhaps a bit late shift to the front foot during transition. Imo this should happen more towards the end of the backswing … earlier than now. And there may be more to it than just the timing.

 

Impact: your club comes off the ground way before the front foot and I suspect a little flip here. 
 

I am guessing a bit here about transition and impact … a save in would show this better.

Move doesn't look bad.  Little knee flex / squat action might help get that right hip back.

Looks like your lead arm gets pinned against your chest in the downswing

A bit of Justin Rose drill will do you wonders and give you a bit more room in the downswing. Decent though. 
 

Edit: you could have a hair more out with your arm swing in the backswing, which might help with the  above.

Oh man, how much time do you have.  Your left foot needs to come forward about 2 inches and open about 3 degrees.  At the start of your back swing, you need to take the club approximately 4 degrees more inside.  The tilt of your head needs to move very slightly up and back.  On the downswing, you want to fire the glutes more.  I can see they are obviously not engaging.   And the left arm should lift about 2 inches higher at the peak of your back swing.  That's about all I have time for right now.

Obviously you are a pretty good player.  It depends on how much work you want to put in to changing.   If it were me I would look at you move in the backswing.  Your lead hip moves into the ball.   I would work a bunch of Monte zipper away feels on short slow swings.

You’re not wrong necessarily but this position matches the setup and backswing. If his arms weren’t as deep here, he would have more issues. 
 

At setup, he is very close to the golf ball and leaning out over his toes. This causes his pelvis to move even closer to the ball to maintain balance in the backswing. Would have to see how setup changes affect the motion to adjust from there.

Looks to me like your right hip needs to move a little to your right then back (away from the target line) in the backswing.  Doesn’t look to me like it does either.  Instead it looks like you move both hips to your left and move your left hip towards the target line, shifting to left.  Then in your downswing you don’t really shift left much more, so that pressure under your left foot is lacking (which is why your left foot can and does do what it does) and you have too much weight on your right foot at the end.

 

Just some random thoughts from a nobody.  Feel free to ignore.
