Removing Chevrons from Callaway Heads

Would love to know if anyone has some guidance on how to remove the chevron from current callaway heads. I've been fit into a MAX 3 wood and a couple AI Smoke Hybrids. They have different paint schemas and I'm looking for some guidance on how to possibly remove the chevron from both situations. I prefer plain but thats only available on TD.

without repainting the complete top, you can't. My only other thought is to cover it with a piece of vinyl tape, but will that bother you?

vinyl tape probably worse than the actual chevron. I probably just need to suck my thumb!

Paint the head or put something over the it. There are companies that make vinyl wraps for driver heads.

Just tape would, technically, be illegal. Lead tape would be allowed but not other tapes. Club level play probably wouldn’t care but “serious” level comps clubs would need to be conforming. See Rule 4.1

600 grit sandpaper, then respray with poly

Maybe go to an auto body shop and see if they can match the color and airbrush over it.

Oddly, the driver and 5 wood were best TD. I've had TD for "years" although I've strayed a few times to other brands. Needed the foregiveness and launch conditions of the 3 wood being a max unfortunately..
