Check out The Golf Channel's Top 10 Sexiest Golfers list. If you're like me, you'll probably think this is a poorly developed list that tries to mix the old with the new, the men with the ladies and it just doesn't work.

BUT...it makes a great topic for discussion.

I must confess my ignorance to quite a few of these, but I will comment on Natalie Gulbis. Definately in the "hottie" category, right up the point where she opens her mouth and speaks, Yikes... Well beyond annoying, no thanks no matter how hot looking she is... Good player nonetheless though...

 

Other than that, I dont really see the point of bundling both genders, talk abut comparing pears to bananas...

I don't necisarily think that the list itself is the problem, as much as the show that was made about it. it was useless, and much of it tasteless as well. essentially they would say "and number 2 is Natalie Gulbis. . ." and then a dozen guys would say "yeah, natalie gulbis is really sexy". then a woman would say "I'm king of jealous of how sexy she is", and then all these middle aged men start talking about her sexy legs?!? are you kidding me. . .is this really needed? Natalie and Paula Creamer are both around my age, so I have no problem admiting that I find them both attractive. that doesn't mean I want to see guys as old as Natalie's dad talking about how sexy her legs are.

 

that entire show series is useless and stupid, simple as that.

I agree, how the hell did Couples make it on there...BTW, how did Paula Creamer get left off the list?

 

Gulbis is amazingly hot from a distance, but you get close and that snaggle-tooth and voice are a killer. Her body is unreal as well, but I think Paula is way hotter.

You'd be surprised. Freddie has a devout following of female admirers. He truly is 'The Housewife's Choice.'

 

My relatively young (29) partner knows nothing whatsoever about golf and yet is irresistably drawn to Mr Couples - with his salt and pepper coiffure, his easy charm and his darkly-handsome looks...

 

Despite his mega millions, buffed physique and his relentless winning habits, Tiger Woods is an also ran in the sexiness stakes according to her marking scheme, as is Villegas. Despite sharing the same platinum blonde hair, Greg Norman doesn't feature on her Top 10 either, apparently.

 

Other favorites are Nick Faldo ('sort of like Harrison Ford') and the man-of-the moment Adam Scott. Presumably the similarity in hairstyles (I am also blessed with a 70s-perm inspired mop) was the key to getting snagged by my beloved... :rolleyes:

My choice for sexiest would not include any male golfers for sure

and would include all the ladies on the list. Pauls Creamer would rank very high

on my list of Best of all catagories, as would Annika and Lorena.

Simply the fact that I did not make the list upsets me and shows that it is prejudice.

 

 

Other than that I got to say Natalie is hot uhhhhhhhhhhh sizzzzzzzzzzzzling steaming well you get the idea.

To me Gulbis is the girl you would most want to meet at a bar, but not the one you would want to take home to mom. She is not really my cup of tea, but I understand why others would think otherwise, no doubt she is making a fortune on her looks.

I have always thought that Stina Sternberg, who was doing most of the commentary on the episode, should be on the list, to me she is seeeeexy :rolleyes: . As far as the other women on the list, they look attractive, but I have no clue who they are. I think to be on this list you should at least contend for a title every now and then.

 

As for the guys, my wife is definatley on the Fred Couples bandwagon, the only way she will watch golf is if he is playing. My favortie line about Camilo V. comes from David Feherty in Golf magazine, something about suffering from "scrotal exhaustion" and not being able to play his best. Feherty just cracks me up.

Gotta love Feherty! Even in the hosptial recovering from being hit by a truck, he was complaining about there being no golf channel. :D

 

Natalie doesn't do it for me either, but hey...I'm a golfgal. But it's her voice that I don't like. The physical package seems to be there. Even my golfguy isn't all that impressed. Suzann Petterson...now that's a hot and athletic chick.

 

Your wife has good taste...Freddie is a nice snuggly package to take home. He's allowed to eat crackers too :rolleyes:

IMO anna rawson was by far the hottest girl on that show...i think natalie gulbis is way over rated, blasberg is ok, may wood would probably get my vote for 2nd of the girls on the show, sophie sandolo 3rd. i also this paula creamer is over rated...if she wasnt playing golf you probably wouldnt notice her on the street...shes cute but not hot. nikki garrett whould have made the list...i think shes one of the hottest woman golfers out there. tennis is where the real hotties are

I do think The Golf Channel is hurting a bit. They seem to have the money they need, but struggling for talent. Kelly's been muzzled since the lynch comment and Faldo thinks he is an entertainer instead of a serious golf analyst since he got caught up in the pro-am stuff. He should take a lesson from Johnny Miller and start focusing on the golf.

 

Some of the newbies (but oldies) are just NOT fit for TV. But that's a whole other blog I'll save for another time.

Totally agree with this...I just don't get the love of Camillo...if he was a girl the guys would call him "butter" (you know, her body is great, butter face...). Ech.

Norman...cut the hair, it looks stupid having it long when you are bald.

Freddie has aged well, at least he's not pretending he's still 25.
