Wow, great deal man! I haven't really picked up a lot lately, trying to cut back on the ho'ing. I recently did get some PX's put in my CG2's, and picked up a few Vokeys to play around with, but other than that I have'nt gotten any new clubs for a while.

I got an r7 stand bag, a Bobby Grace M6.4K GT putter and Hi-Tec golf shoes worn by Paddy. I bought them myself because I got $2000AUD from the school for a Legal Studies Prize. Pics are here My bag and equipment

The R7 stand bag is sweet man, I have it as well as the staff bag, both are awesome.

Only thing to be careful of is the R7 logo on the left side of my bag is worn to crap from rubbing aganst my back, but a truly awesome looking bag. Nice putter as well, how much did the shoes set you back?

My local golf shop was having a holiday sale, and I just picked up some All White Adidas Tour Metals for $70. They are really comfortable, being loyal to Foot Joy, we will see how these hold up. I am sure they will do just fine.

Only place I tried it was at Golf Galaxy on their simulator. Assuming the system works right, the ball went pretty far, about 245-255 in the air, so it has pop. One thing I didn't like was the smaller face. I had a tendency to hit it off the very top of the face or even the crown if I caught a shot just a bit too fat. I think that's why I'm going to like the tour model better, a much deeper face, but not too deep, which could also be easier to hit off a tee. Well find out soon enough.

 

Wolf, those would look very sweet with those TMs!

Most recent club was my 904f 3 wood, will reshaft driver here in a little while.

You will be pleased with the 904, best three wood I have ever tried, especially w/ graphite. I had an S300 in there and I just transistioned to graphite, and it's THAT much better. You will love the solid feel of it, it is DEEP too.
