Amazing!! With the MX-25s having H.E.M.I technology, are the 3 and 4 irons utility irons or normal style irons? Would a MX-25 3 iron or the MP-60 style hybrid be more forgiving?

Wedges released Oct. 15, info. from mizuno, black nickel and chrome finishes only to start with. I didn't ask about the other stuff but i'm sure it will be in the same timeframe.

R series is the name they are going to use in the US for these wedges...come out around Sept. 10...I assume they will be stamped like that picture, but not for sure.

Pre-ordered the MP-R 58* wedge today, and the new MP CLK. I saw the new catalog and the new Staff bag is a must have for Mizuno fans. The "running bird" make the bag more appealing than the current Staff bag. I finally was able to see the Blue Tour Velvet Full Cords, and ended up ordering 10, plus putting them on the MP-R and MP CLK. Good stuff!

Bazzardl, thanks for sharing this. I am more and more amazed at how Golfwrx is able to get this out before anyone else. I would really like to see more of the MP Fli Hi, as being a MP60 user, I think this would really be a seemless integration from the irons to hybrid. I have always liked more of the iron like hybrids (coming from a Titleist 503H), so this is something I want to see when it released.

Saw the new Mizuno stuff this AM.

 

New R Wedges look awesome.

 

New MP FLI-HI looks amazing enough for me to go by a set of MP-60s to match.

 

New CLK looks great, pretty much looks like 585.

 

New MX-25s do look exactly like the 23s, however, I hit it and as a former owner of 23s, there is a vast improvement....the 25s feel great.

 

Lastly, the staff bag is a MUST have.

Is 'only' the feel better, or also the playability/forgiveness/etc. ?

 

Concerning staff bags generally, i always wondered how to use it: for trolleys/carts they arn`t accessible enough (and too huge), for carrying they are too heavy and not steady enough. The only case where they seem useful is when you have a Caddy.

The head pro at my club got the mp-67 and the mx-19 demo irons in yesterday. They look good, but with the fitting grip it felt wierd. What lie angle do the demo irons come in. The one I looked at felt very upright.

Let's see if I can answer some of your questions: The MX 25"s look and feel better and are more playable than the 23's. They do not have tugsten weights like someone said earlier and the sole is like the 23 not the 900's.

The groves in the wedges are max-Milled so they are as deep and wide as alowed. The new sole is patterned after what the Tour Pros like. The R series wedges will be avalible is black/nickel and a chrome finish

The MP Fli-Hi's are the same length, lie and loft of the club they are desighned to replace so they will be a seamless transition from irons to hybrids.

The new Staff bag is lighter and better looking. The pockets are set up so you can get into the back pocket when the bag is on a cart. The new version of the Aerolite is probbly the best carry bag under 5 lbs on the market(3.5lbs).

The new Clk's are the most neutral hybrid I've seen. They have more solid feeling, easier to get up and more forgiving than the old one. Lofts 17,20,23 and 26.

The new MX 19 is also very forgiving with a good feel and look. IMO A great club to compete against Big Bertha, Cobra and the Rac series. The 19 is a one piece cast head with a deep chanel for a high launch.
