2012 PGA Merchandise Show
Wow, these were impressive. Handmade in Europe. I didn't discuss price, but they are still impressive! Greg Norman was sporting them at the Humana.

Really nice shoes. They've got a few pair of them in the golf department at Harrods, and are of a far higher quality than FJ Icons or Ecco World Class.... and at a lower price too.

Lower price than icons? Really?

These are awesome looking shoes. Need to hunt a way to get a pair, or try them on atleast.

Yes, they retail at 179 euros in Europe (about £150 or $236), and I think are available to by worldwide through the Lambda website, compared to Icons which retail at £200 ($314).

FYI,

If you have PGA status, Lambda offers 40% off a pair of shoes if you verify your pro status. Not a bad deal actually.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll probably give them a shot now. Like the ostrich pair, the 4 leaf clover pair, and the loafer versions. They look like very high quality shoes. Now I just have to justify buying them somehow with a closet full of FJ's...

very classic looking with some customization done...they should sign ian poulter as these look to be his type..

not for me though----too old school looking and lack the advantages offered by the latest hi-tech materials--especially in the soles..

Which advantages exactly? The lack of support or the inability to re-sole?

I kid, I kid. Just a long-frustrated golfer whose feet prefers the old-school Goodyear welted leather-soled shoes. Not so easy to find any more, and I'm quite excited to see a new option.

I got a pair a couple of years ago at a member / guest. they are very nice shoes...soft leather and easy to wear out of the box. My only complaint is that they sit high in the heel. I didn't feel that connected. I wear ecco world class shoes most of the time and even though they heel looks high it actually sits down in the shoe a good bit.

i wore them for a few rounds but don't anymore because they weren't a good fit. they do look great. wish they fit a bit better...
