I went with my name because I'm sort of a sci-fi geek and was thinking about the latest Star Wars movie. If you read the books there is a whole history of the Sith Lords going back to the beginning of them and ending with Darth Vader (who was the last Sith).

 

They were all named something scary or harmful or a part of a word that was a shortened version of that. i.e. Darth Bane, Maul, Murder, Rage, Plagues, (in)Sidious, (in)Vader, etc...

 

I was thinking of any scary words that hadn't been used that I would use if I named a character, hense Darth Fierce.

 

Sort of stupid and non-golf related, but my putting does sort of scare me at times.

I've thought about changing my screen name but I wouldn't want to confuse anybody. I feel it (my screen name) poorly represents me. Makes me look like a TM ho (ie: not a good thing j/k). :(

In the mid-90's I was living on the windward side of Oahu. We would all meet at The Shack in Kailua, drink $1 well drinks and play that bar trivia. When we aced a question, we'd all "woohoo!!!" and it soon became our "trivia" name. Being cocky after a Hamilton or so of wells, I would add the "for(4) me" if I got the question correct all by myself.

 

Then we all got on that internet thingy and I kept the name.

 

Good thing my friends lived within stumbling distance from The Shack.

Bad thing they had a trampoline in the back yard.
