I love-zier reading these letter to Santa Claus threads where everyone is wishing for something from TM. And then to see them totally disappointed because all they do is throw in blue logos and claim 75 more yard.

Given the fact that the Speed Blades have had a horrendous first reaction by everyone on WRX, one would think that any planned release date on the new TP Models might be moved up, as an apology similar to R1-SLDR release. I am intrigued to see what else will be coming from TMAG as I was hoping that they would maintain some momentum from the SLDR and start working their way back up the leader board. The SLDR was a step in the right direction, and then they took two steps back with the aforementioned Dick's Exclusive Speed Blades.

As a fan of quality golf equipment and a player with zero brand loyalty, I would really like to see TMAG return to their roots and start producing quality equipment again. To be honest I try their clubs every year, for the last few years and I almost instantly discredit them as a viable option because of the gimmicks or paint or both.

The existing forged irons have been out for years now and unlike most “rushed” TMAG products they are actually do for an upgrade. This is one of their last opportunities to restore their name to the WRX community as a viable option and before they fall behind Wilson Staff or Dunlop in terms of playability. I certainly hope that whatever is coming is gimmick free, pure and from the heart. Unlike some of the most loyal fans that have started to lose hope, I still have it and I maintain that TMAG still has something left in the tank.

An entire line of TP clubs will be coming out. You will see a staggered release but you can bet the house you will see some of it at the start of the 2013-2014 pga tour season. I myself love the look of the new wedges coming out....no pictures to show but if any one of you can get close to the van in Chicago you may see a few laying around.

I asked but was told probably towards the end of the year. I heard this from 3 sources now. One of them swears by his Cally X MBs and he said that they will be dust in the wind once they are released. TM across the Muscle, add a MB on the heel side and the iconic TP logo on the toe. No gimmicks or badges. They sound sick!!

It's not like Mark King comes out in a media launch and does his best Tim Cook imitation and says "[s]Android[/s] [i]Ping[/i] Free" and goes on to embellish on the Speedblade, and then confidently discusses the timing and relevancy to the line of the three forged releases to follow in the spring. No, TM just throws a cover intro on their web page and the industry goes viral for the next 30 hours, and everyone gets there shorts wadded up over it as though "Here its is, the last iron release we will ever put out, better pre-order tomorrow...or else...

So a little [color="#000000"]transparency [/color]and you might save some of the hostility TM. Ok I'll patiently wait till a December leak and a March delivery date that's likely for the new irons...
