Big and Tall Clothing

Just wondering what's out there for the big and tall guys out there golfing. I can get by with most Adidas gear if in stock but other brands I'm often out of luck on the fit being weird one way or another. So looking to see what else is out there.

 

This post isn't just for me FYI it's for all big and tall guys, we do like to look/dress good, feel good and play well on the course like everyone else.

There is all sorts of companies who have tall options, and range in prices. My go to lately have been Under Armor and Old Navy. Under Armor for name brand, and Old Navy for price. Old navy has polos and their pants and shorts -although the old navy pants say slim fit - I am 6'9" and about 300 pounds and order my normal size pants and they fit perfectly. Another vote for UA being that they have a large selection of 36 inseam pants.

Nike has tall versions of shirts but I’ve only seen them at Burlington/Ross

I've seen them pop up often for pants. Have to check shipping rates to Canada but I have a nice pair of Adidas pants. Maybe some Bonobos shorts if the legs are big enough.

I just came across mountain and isles submariner shorts... Very comfortable shorts and an inseam that actually goes to my knees a little past at 6'1 260

I just usually go the the big and tall mens store (its that George Richards here in GTA) And pick from whats available there, I've gotten nice Nautica shorts and Polo brand polos. But I'm big more than tall (only 6'1" or so) So for all my clothes I just grab whatever I can find in my size and cant be picky lol

If you're looking at something cost friendly, Kohls or Belk. Nice selection of UA, Nike, Croft/Barrow, Grand Slam, etc... I'm the size of your average NFL offensive lineman (6'3" 340lbs). I've had great luck there and also in store at BCF for cheap Nike/Callaway finds.

I usually go to Kohl's when I'm in the US to see what they have. I'm about the same size and build as you at the moment so I'm sure you know the struggle well. I'm going to be in the US at the end of the month so will probably check Kohl's to see if anything good golf wise.

Can't go wrong with Haggar Cool 18 on Amazon for cheap ($30 or less a pair) shorts and pants for the big and tall crowd.

I find them running fairly true to size, maybe a little longer in the sleeves. I will say their opti fit materal can cling to the body a bit and make them appear tighter than they are. Under Armor shirts do the same for me. I'd say Under Armor is a good overall size comparison actually.
