I used to be a huge Scott Piercy fan. Even dressed like him, got fat, grew a beard, died my hair black, same haircut, and played a full Titleist bag. I quit golf after his comments on Twitter.

I used to be a Davis Love lll fan, Andrea Lee still am, but when he demanded a fan be removed from the premises for whatever he said it's sort of didn't sit well with me. The fan probably deserved to be thrown out, but I feel that is the responsibility of tournament staff to determine and not the players.

As far as today or these days it would have to be Jordan Spieth. I was a real fan of him but he seems to wear me out with all his mental game quirks. It just never ends with him as far as his mental game flaws instead of just going more on his raw talent. Just relax and hit the freaking ball Jordan!

Nope. While I root for players, teams, etc their wins/losses don’t impact my life and the decisions I make. Sports is entertainment and a break from life just like movies and music. I enjoy it while I’m watching/listening then go about my life.

When I was a kid/teenager/early 20s I was more into someone’s or my favorite team’s performance and would let it impact my mood.

I’m the exact opposite. I used to have a strong dislike of Phil. As he’s aged, I’ve come to appreciate him more, and think he would actually be an entertaining hang if you could handle the crap talk. I think the ego is more of a caricature now.
