Anyone stilly using the triple diamond? What shaft do you have on it?

My son plays the tour issue without a line. I play standard. We don’t see any other significant difference.

Come on man, he’s correct and you’re proving it while trying to contradict his point. There is NO WAY you got a 30 yard improvement on an iterative modern driver UNLESS the first driver was terribly unfit for your swing and producing awful launch and spin numbers. And if that’s the case, it’s not fair to compare the two since one was “dialed in” and the other wasn’t. There just are not that many yards between Modern models, ballspeeds, rebounds, size are regulated and these models are all at the limits.

Correct (if not the regular Epic Flash).

 

EFSZ Triple Diamond doesn't have the crescent line at the front of the crown.

I’m playing the Epic Sz and really like it but it has the tendency to spin up on me a little. Would it be worth looking at the double diamond?

I'm sure it was Nitram on here that said the spin with 2d was between 5-600 less than 3d.

But i think the real question some would like answered: is the stock SZ lower spinning than the 2 diamond? Or is the 2 diamond the lowest spinning head they have?

it was a serious question, has anyone tested it?  The Triple diamond is discussed to death in this thread, and I would agree with most people, it’s not a low spin head.   The stock SZ spins less for sure.  BUT, it’s very hard to find any real info about the double diamonds.  Are they equivalent spin to the SZ, just more fade biased, or actually the lowest spin version in the callaway line?  Does anyone know definitively?
