Can't wait to hit this! Any word on release date? I know Titleist is pretty good about releasing there drivers the same time aren't they?

I hope this can kick my i25's out of the bag. Don't get me wrong I love them, but a 915 D3 and 915 F are looking mighty fine! Hopefully they offer the new "Blueboard" with it. If it feels like the 913 but with lower spin, it'll be a hit!

I personally think. On looks alone the 913 is a nicer looking driver, including even the head cover as well. Titleiest has always been the safe play with their clubs, but being drastic isn't so bad at times.

I personally think. On looks alone the 913 is a nicer looking driver, including even the head cover as well. Titleiest has always been the safe play with their clubs, but being drastic isn't so bad at times.

I got a chance to hit the new d3 last night loaded up with a 110msi Rogue Black!!
Only got to hit 6 balls with a 9.5 70x but it felt amazing and the results were very impressive. Great feel off the face with a slightly higher flat ball flight that was just perfect. The head looks great in person and the shaft feels incredible!! Really stable yet smooth with just the right amount of kick to it.
I was absolutely crushing it and it just seemed like a perfect setup for me.
The guy was a bit sheepish about details and I asked him about the msi thing and whether the rogue black was the stock shaft and although he had no idea what I was talking about with the msi he seemed to think that it was going to be a stock offering.
Needless to say that if this is the case I will be pre ordering ASAP!

I didn't see any mention of the increase in ballspeed (ie, less ballspeed loss...) for impact lower on the face that was touted in the very early buzz that came with tour release. Frankly, I was more interested in potential improvement there than the reduction of a few hundred rpm of spin.

My PGA SS has no TItleist woods in stock, and no demo's either. They cleared them all out and put them in the bargain bin for sale at $175 or something. They've all been his thousands of time and have dummy marks on them.

Seems early to me, but essentially if a customer wanted to come test and buy a 913 Driver, Hybrid or fairway they would be SOL.

Any updates as far as who has switched to 915 for the pga?

(Oh, and when will they be released, what will the stock shaft be and will they have the same surefit adapter as the 910/913? Didn't see those questions addressed in the thread.)

As for the second part: released in 8 months (silly bridgestone), stock shaft is Rogue 125 MSI (duh) and it actually uses the 913 hybrid adapter.

Stock shaft will be the Aldila Rogue. It's along the lines and replacing the Tour Green. The adapter going back to the 910 will fit it.

I can't wait to get a D3 and probably the 3Fd and a 17-18 Hd to replace the 913 versions in my bag. Recently went back to D3 (7.5) after a few month run of a JDM SLDR 430 and before that a D3 9.5. The 7.5 has been awesome even though I'm giving up some distance to the SLDR. Much better accuracy and consistency for me. Losing some distance because even with a Diamana W in it and a perfect launch angle for some reason it just doesn't have the roll out the SLDR has. It doesn't even look spinny. (Haven't had it on monitor). But I can give up the 10 yards or so for the consistency. Hoping the 915 version comes through on the promise of lower spin and more distance and keep the accuracy I get with these heads. If so, it'll pretty much be ideal for me.
