EPP would be a great course to play from the red tees. of the par 4's, you're driving #1, #5, #7, possibly #9, #10, #13, possibly #18. maximum 1 bunker green complexes.

Went down there to putt last night and ahoop and bangas were there. Love that place.

Hate people who chip on the putting greens when there are signs that say "no chipping on this green". That kind of stuff really bothers me.

FYI to those interested. Wednesday night is women's night at EPP. There was some genuine quality there last night.

I was at EPP Tuesday and thought about the no chipping policy. They have 3 practice greens and you can't chip on any of them. The only reason for it is that they don't think the people who play there are capable of doing it without hitting someone. That's kind of cynical, but also probably true enough. But they could allow chipping at the far green (to the right of the path when you are going in to the range) and be fine. That's isolated enough that you won't have too much mayhem.

If there's no sign, it's a chipping/putting green as far as I'm concerned.

If there's a sign, and you see it, and you're still doing it, you're going to get hit by a car someday probably.

I'm glad I stuck with putting when I saw the no chipping sign a few weeks ago.. iv been hit by a car, not fun.. Yet another Lol incident while reading the thread.. good stuff in here.

I'm with city tho, no sign and I'm up and downing.. really the only game I play, maybe that's why I suck

Their no chipping policy is very reasonable. We were there at 8pm on a wednesday, and there were probably 25 people on those two greens by the range. They were doing lessons on one of them.

I didn't see bangas, but I was putting and he hit one right through my line. Thought it was one of those chippers and was about to fight.

There's a short game area behind the south parking lot (left when you drive in facing the clubhouse). I think you can rent out the area for like 30-60min and they give you a bag of balls to hit out there. No one ever goes out there since 95% of people don't know about it and it's a dump.

How many superfriends have dealt with shoulder issues? I know eagle has recently, and I seem to remember Domes getting a shoulder patched up once or twice.

Didn't catch if you have a definite injury that you can point to- do you work a desk job or job that's more physical? I had shoulder pain for years from a combination of working out like an idiot and on the rigors of my job. Was a fluffer-for ball gag porn. I'd look at the ergonomic in your life no matter your job type. You're at an age where impingement starts to become an issue if you've got imbalances in musculature, repetitive injuries, etc. I'm sure your orthopedist can or did cover this stuff with you. Good luck- sucks to cradle your arm at night when you sleep cause your shoulder is banged up.

It's like $14 for an hour on one of those practice holes, then you can take the balls to the range and hit them. Best deal going.

Good to know. Never actually used it. The one time I walked by it to check it out it was in such atrocious shape that I sort of wrote it off. I didn't know you could take the balls to range after. When I want to practice my short game, I usually go over to Langston since they have a solid area. No bunkers though.

Two shoulder surgeries, but that was because I dislocated it and tore the labrum. Sounds like your issue is very different.

Exactly. Let's just say that we should all be glad the image is from the waist up.

Didn't OCRick show you how to do his patented boner cover-up move?
