Just watched the Asuka vs Emma match from Raw. Best Emma has looked in the ring since moving to the main roster.

Survivor Series coming up...Im a little disappointed with how they are doing things. I wish there were some actual title matches instead of champion vs champion match. Im thinking Seth/Rollins, Corbin, Natalya, and Brock win their matches. I kinda wanna see Brock run thru Jinder and his two guys. Prob Raw women get the win and SD men in the team parts. Last years Raw/SD men's match was great, hopefully this year is the same.

 

Wonder what is gonna happen going forward. Hopefully AJ can get the belt around RR or even before which may happen once the India tour is up. He, to me, is the best thing they have. I really wish they would bring him to Raw and put the Bullet Club back together. I like Anderson and Gallows but they have been booked terribly and their Halloween match made them look like NERDS (ha I say this a bunch during the day). I guess they are gonna keep the belt on Brock until WM and have Roman take it, but what will happen with the Shield? Would really be a perfect time for Roman to turn but theyll prob turn Dean.

 

I love The Miz but would like to see him actually wrestle more and defend his belt. Its gotta come off of him eventually but who will take it?? And keep Braun going. He is great to me, can move well, says all that needs to be said, can sell...he should be getting a big push!!

What the fart is going on in WWE?? New Day cost The Shield tag team belts and now AJ wins HW Championship to face Brock at SS?? Now I am in favor of seeing how good of a match AJ can get out of Brock, but wondering if AJ gonna give title right back to Jinder. I hope not, I hope this wasnt thrown together just for SS. Be pretty cool if they had Balor and the Club come in to help AJ and reunite the Bullet/Balor Club.

Glad AJ won. Jinder was horrible. He could draw some heat with his promos, but so many others are better in the ring.

 

Don’t understand the Shield losing other than to build up the Shield vs New Day as a three on three match at SS. Reigns is supposed to be back this Monday.

If the bullet club comes back I'll die not gonna lie. But I don't think there's a chance. The push the shield will is getting will take over for the next few months when reigns comes back healthy.

 

Idk what's gonna happen with AJ and Brock. Some kind of interference. I don't think they wanna make one champ look better than the other. But if one does win clean it will be Brock. Sure hope I'm wrong though.

 

Been a few good weeks I think here lately. Starting to build up for wrestlemania

I’m excited for SS. Even with all the recent title changes, it looks like it could be a good show.

 

Hard to predict the winners. I imagine Jason Jordan attacks Triple H for “taking his spot.†Sets up the rumored HHH vs Angle match. Can almost see Kane attacking Strowman during the match as well.

The title changes were needed. Maybe not the shield losing tag belts but others yes. AJ and Charlotte are probably the best in the business and haven't been given credit because smackdown in the land of opportunity. Let's let chumps have belts and the greats get miscards

I had a small freak out moment with HHH music hit Monday night...he should always come out to the Game song, I think its much better than king of kings or whatever the other one is.

The answer to a pretty fun trivia question is actually that Dean Ambrose is the youngest person to have held every major championship belt.

 

It's kind of weird, because he is clearly seen as the 3rd most "pushed" member of the shield. In fact he jobbed for both Rollins and Reigns consistently for months at a time (2015 for Rollins and 2016 for Reigns).

 

Yet Ambrose was the first to hold every championship belt, he is still the youngest WWE wrestler ever to hold all of them as he did it at a younger age than Reigns, doing it by 31yrs old. He is the only one of them that has a record personal streak (351 day reign as US title holder)....and when they did the long awaited triple threat match, he was the one who won it.

No clue who is going to win either of the Rumbles. Cant be Reigns again can it? I know they want him and Brock to kinda headline WM so maybe he does but hopefully not. No clue who wins the women's, maybe Becky.

 

The AJ vs Sami/KO match should be interesting. The way it was worded is that it will be a handicap not triple threat so if they win, who will be champ? Both?

 

I am really curious to see what WWE does with Daniel Bryan. His contract is supposed to be up sometime this year and they keep kind of teasing a return with him. If he is healthy and good to go, would love to see DB and AJ go at it.

 

Also, if Reigns is going to wrestle Brock at WM, who does he drop the IC title to? I thought it would have been Joe and it still may be.

I have had the network since Survivor Series last year when Goldberg came back. I keep forgetting NXT is on Wednesdays, I have only seen a couple episodes.

 

You may be right about Cena, but Im guessing he would go after AJ since Reigns is prob gonna fight Lesnar. I am ok with that, Cena and AJ have given us a couple good matches.

 

I would love to see Rousey win, if she makes it to the Rumble. I had heard she had been training but didnt know if she was ready. Wonder what her schedule will be like as well. Hopefully she doesnt become like Brock and just show up at PPV and a few episodes of RAW/SD.

 

Any thoughts on the Balor Club?? I have seen that the Bullet Club merchandise is outselling anything in WWE so maybe Vince is trying to start it up in WWE. I like Anderson and Gallows but they have been booked terribly the last few months. Would love to see them, Balor, and AJ all together.

Reuniting the Shield, reuniting the bullet club of sorts, AJ styles WWE champion, KO and Zayn together.....it's almost as if they want to give the fans what they want. It's interesting they reunited the bullet club after Ambrose's injury though. Maybe they need to take some of the stable heat now that the shield has injury problems.

 

I don't see Cena winning the Rumble. Frankly i don't think Cena wants to win the rumble. I think he wants to put guys over and be a part timer, he has a rep for burying guys at times in the past but i really don't think he wants this to be about Cena anymore. His promos lately have all been very goofy and breaking 4th wall etc....It's like he's having a great time soaking it in, almost like a retirement tour. I think he'll have someone interfere with him during the rumble and set a one-off Mania match. Maybe Samoa Joe for example, that would make a lot of sense

 

I think the main event at mania could be a triple threat between Strowman, Lesnar and Reigns.

 

You just need to have a Smackdown guy win the rumble. I don't think Nakamura is the guy yet. I don't know that he can cut the promos needed to be a quasi main event. They are working something weird with Bryan. If somehow he can get cleared for a couple of events him vs Styles would be a ridiculous concept

Its kind of a toss up on the Rumble. I keep reading they want Cena to win his 17th at WM, so maybe they go this route. I really dont think it will be Reigns.

 

I would really like to see Strowman with the belt. He is the big powerful beast in the ring and does all that is necessary on the mic, he also gets huge reactions when his music hits.

Curbstomp is back...was kind of a HOLY &*^& moment when I saw it.

 

Anyone know what was up with that ending last night? Seemed like they were building to The Club attacking Balor but never did. I tried to find what happened but just lots of speculation of using Balor to sell the curbstomp, which he did. Also read they finished up before the overrun was up and just had to kill a couple minutes. Also, was the refs 3 1/2 count a botch or just to kind of protect Balor? Either way I thought Balor/Rollins was a great match.

So anyway, back to discussing wrestling, which is AWESOME

 

I'm hesitant to say this given what we know of wwe, but i feel like so many of the characters are actually being written well right now. I was pretty dismissive of Jason Jordan's story at first, but his niche he's found as this really annoying keener is actually working for me. It's fairly funny

 

I even am enjoying Titus brand, and i'm definitely ashamed to admit that! But Dana Brooke is funny in what is a major character change for her.

 

They went a bit overboard with Strowman yesterday. I feel like 50% of the show was watching him walk places and ask "what does this thing do!!!!!"

 

Anyway, i'm also interested in seeing who advances to the finals of the US Championship tournament tonight. All i can say is this, the tournament is most definitely a sport and totally legitimate!
