Damn the Method Origin RORS is flooded on eBay!

 

It's a flippers nightmare...

 

haha serves them right. I think its actually pretty cool that they made it limited, but no so limited like the original 006. Plus this way if you missed out, you still have an opportunity to get it without paying 3-4 times the retail. Cant wait to hear how they perform as i'll probably pick up the retail version and save me a few $$$

Just got this guy in today, and ive got to say, I am a HUGE fan. Ive used a mizuno MP H4 2 iron for a while now, but could never deal with the size. I understand it was made to look forgiving, but it was so big that it always just looked weird. The size of this, combined with the black finish, makes it look perfect at the ball. Super easy to hit, and goes a long ways! The stock shaft sucks. It was going straight up into the air for me and getting zero role, but still carrying 230. Id imagine when I get the right shaft in, I am going to start loving this club!

 

 

I've been contemplating getting one of these. With how much roll we get down here in the summer, I've thought this could be the perfect fairway finder. May have to look into this one more seriously.

 

Its not a bad idea! The club really does go very, very straight and far. If you get the right shaft in it, youve got a winner! If you have any swing speed at all though, your probably going to need to change the shaft.

 

So excited for mine to get here. Should be a dream fairway finder on these dry AZ courses.

 

Just ordered one myself. 3-iron with my go to shaft setup, Modus Tour 105 X softstepped once.

It will be a very limited Golftown (in-store only generally, you'll have to talk to your local manager). Nike Shop at Angus Glen is getting 9 of them.

 

I'm curious what the CDN retail price is if they price it in relation to the exchange rate...like $650-700?

I want the damn Origin putter now but obviously have to wait 38 1/2 hours to order it. Might as well order the correct putter so can someone help me out with that? Planning on getting the 34"

Like you, I started out with the H4 2 and that thing was just too chunky. Went to the UDI but the 0.5 degrees of bounce was a digger on soft lies if I didn't absolutely pure it. I got mine sent to me a day ago and they shafted it with the wrong Nippon shaft, so I had it for about 30 mins before they sent me a call tag to return it. Now the wait starts all over. Looking forward to hearing how a different shaft plays for you!

$650 sounds right, but they didn't know when I talked to them. I think I'll pass on this (had a 006 reserved @ AG last year and cancelled based on the in-hand pics) since it isn't numbered, and has a sight line. I'll stick with my Method 001 with sight-dot. If they release a B1-01 with a dot instead of a line, I'm ALL IN.

They refunded me the $25 and shipped next day air when they didn't ship same day.
