Anybody pick up Uncharted today? It's incredible there's not one bad thing about the game in my opinion.

 

Honestly there are a few games that are PS4 only and they really make me want to get one (most notably Uncharted and The Show). If I just didn't despise the controller, been an Xbox person since they came out, only ever had a PS for Guitar Hero.

Cronus max makes a controller adapter it's not cheap but it's worth it if you like a certain controller.

I haven't played in weeks, but I had everything but the baseball bat, maybe 1-2 of the other melee weapons, and the Marshall 16. I saw they brought back the Famas from BO1 and it looks insanely overpowered and then some type of rocket launcher?

Ya they have. The FFAR which is the Famas from BO1 is very good almost to good. I'd say it will get a nerf pretty soon.

question on uncharted....does the game actually have a lot of gameplay....or is it 10 seconds of gameplay followed by a canned minute cutscene. i'd like to actually play rather then feel i'm watching a movie.

Yes it has a ton of gameplay. It's not as repetitive as the previous games on combat. It is very fresh from chapter to chapter.

U4 is stellar, it's the only game I can give a perfect 10 (next gen). Only gripe is that damn ps controller and having to switch back and forth from hdmi inputs.

 

Sony and Microsoft just need to cohabit and get it over with.

Haven't played Black Ops in awhile but I've probably gone through 5,000 cyrptokeys and never even got a melee weapon :(

I'm still up in the air on my opinion for Overwatch. It looks super cool but it's very complicated and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Yeah its one of the games where I won't buy if I don't have 4-5 or more friends committed to buying it. It was fun but without a team that is structured correctly you can just get chainsawed so quickly.

Yeah its one of the games where I won't buy if I don't have 4-5 or more friends committed to buying it. It was fun but without a team that is structured correctly you can just get chainsawed so quickly.

Agreed. In most MMO games if you don't have a party it gets boring very quickly and you get destroyed if you don't.

I just finished Uncharted 4 the other day and in a single word to describe it: perfection! Without a doubt, it is the most beautiful game I have ever played, with an amazing story to boot! If you own a PS4, get the Uncharted Collection first, then get Uncharted 4. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Cod4 coming back is gonna be epic...I won't be playing Infinite Warfare at all since its all about flying around and using a jetpack

I have been playing BO1 this week and and honestly it makes me appreciate BO3 even more... Boots on the ground gets very bland after awhile

You know that COD4 is only being offered as a bonus if you buy Infinite Warfare? I think it's total BS, COD4 was the best! Sucks I won't be playing it.

Anyone still grinding the division? Shocked how fun the game is as long as you play it with some friends. Seems impossible playing it by yourself.

Yeah I agree. The "heroes" don't seem super balanced either. Of course the unbalanced (bad heros) ones are probably awesome with a team set up correctly, but ifyou don't have a full team you just play with the guys with the best guns which makes it seem pretty bleh. There are like 5 heros that you can play with that seem really over powered.

Like we were talking about a few days ago if you don't have a team or a strategy it's very hard to win. I'm a solo player and it's very difficult to find a happy mix when going from match to match. I don't think the player base will last on consoles but PC should be very sustainable for awhile at least.

Yeah I could see that for sure. I think the super serious gamers will love it, but I think more casual people won't last.

 

I was cleaning out my desk the other day and found a copy of ShadowRun for 360. It reminded me a lot of what will probably happen with Overwatch. It'll just be too much for a casual shooter.

 

I did get a copy of Black Ops 1 the other day and load it onto my XB1. I sure missed that game. First game out was firing range and getting in the birds nest with a M16, tac mask pro, and flak jacket pro and never dying was still as much fun as it always was.

Really? I am the other way around sadly. The boots on the ground keep everything in front of you and not getting killed from every angle possible.

 

The chain movement system is supposed to be a fluent movement system yet for some reason I cant get it rolling.

 

Its made Call of Duty feel alot like Halo and if I wanted to play a game like Halo, I would of been playing it.

I agree it's very much like Halo but with a quicker TTK. I've put more hours into BO3 than any other game but it's partly because I'm after to get all of the SD weapons but I doubt that will happen lol.

Lol I spent $40 on that damn system and I got the WA-2000 Marshmallow shooter sniper rifle.

 

Black Ops 3 is a product of greedy ATVI. Its annoying
