Is anyone else getting tired of Spieth's tantrum? He's starting to show a little too much bratty attitude for my liking. I generally find myself rooting for him, but I'm starting to reconsider. I've also noticed that the microphones are aiming more toward him recently.

Another bland US tour venue. Greens are nice and firm but nothing else exciting. There must be better courses in the Houston area?

 

Yeah, not a very memorable course. As much of a hotbed for golf as the state of Texas is, it features only two courses in Golf Digest's ranking of the Top 100 Courses in the United States ... Dallas National and Whispering Pines in Trinity.

 

The highest ranked Houston area courses are The Club at Carlton Woods and the Cypress Creek course at Champions CG, which hosted the 1969 U.S. Open.
