Best Golf Glove

Before I stopped using gloves I loved the fit of the Titleist ones. Super comfortable but only lasted a round or two because of my sweaty hands.

I just got a couple of the FJ PureTouch gloves for Christmas. They feel great. I may have a "new" favorite. I'm anxious to play a round with one.

I normally use either a Titleist Players, a Players-Flex, or a Callaway Tour Authentic. Out of these three, I like the Callaway the best.

I got a couple of Bionic Gloves for christmas, and tried one on the range before playing today. Initially it felt really strange, but after a while, when the padded inserts had shifted in to the right places it started to feel really good.

One of my playing partners swears by G-Fore gloves, but I struggle to see how a golf glove manufacturer can justify a £25 price tag.

Agreed. These gloves last a long time. Very durable in my opinion.

I think all the premium gloves are solid performers these days, but it's Titleist's Players gloves for me. Half a dozen happily see me through the year's play, and the preceding year's gloves see extended service in my practice ball bag.

The fit and feel are superb, the leather lasts well and retains its shape and softness and, crucially, there are no annoying lycra bits in them.

Titleist Player's Glove for me. They are comparable to FootJoy Sta Sof, but I find the Titleist to be slimmer in the XXL which i need for the length as compared to the FJ Sta Sof.

I thought the same thing till I tried the FJ Pure Touch gloves.

I've been loyal to the Sciflex for the last 4 years but I'm considering moving to the Titleist players glove for this up coming season.

Foot Joy Pure Touch Limited. Nicest glove you can buy, so soft, even the container it comes in feels nice. Soft, but retains its shape. Pricey, of course.

I haven't used anything besides a stasof for about 5 years. Anything else feels awkward.

I think the best is the Titleist Perma soft..... Lasts the longest for me, yet the feel is unmatched..


Quick question for the glove experts - Why are some of the perma soft gloves have black straping/velcro and some are white...

I like the Bionic. It helps the ring finger joint on my left hand keep from getting inflamed and sore from impact.

Took the plunge and decided to order some G/Fore gloves (the colourful gloves that Ricky Barnes wears).

 

Without a doubt the best gloves I have ever worn. The leather is of a fantastic quality, and the stitching is so good and so well positioned that it feels like I'm wearing a one-piece glove. They look great too.

 

I'm still not sure that a £25 price tag (I think they're $35 in the US) can be justified on a golf glove, but who cares when I now have gloves to match my clothes, shoes and belts.

always played the titleist players glove but recently got on thispuma kick and tried there gloves ive had it for about a month and pla2-3 times a week and its def holding up i love it and it looks cool

My favorite would be the SciFlex, however currently using the StaSoft because my local shop had them on sale for $8 for the slightly blemished ones (I can't find any differences though). Seems to me the sciflex last longer.

i'm not too picky with gloves so, depending on the shoe color i'll take a good fitting white or black and use it on the course.

on the range, i do stick to the Bionic gloves for both hands. that glove helps with keeping a lighter grip after hitting a hundred balls and seems to help with callouses. i also use them on the course but again, not too picky.

To the folks that have tried the Hirzl gloves, do you prefer the TRUST Feel or TRUST Control? I've been a Sci Flex guy but sweaty Florida has me thinking of trying the Hirzl.

Best glove HANDS down is the [b]Foot Joy Pure Touch Limited[/b]. A bit pricey, but they feel amazing and last forever.

I've tried quite a few gloves, and ended up ultimately sticking with the Titleist Players glove. They feel great and last a while as long as I rotate among a few of 'em. Also they stretch just a tiny bit after a few swings, and, after that...well, they fit like a glove.

I used to be titleis players but recently switched to footjoy cabretta soft and think I won't look back. it's just a tad thicker than the titleist and identical in every way for the rest; And it being a slight bit thicker makes it last a bit longer (although my lighter grip pressure also may play a part in that). For me these two gloves are by far the best, and actually probably 99% identical to eachother.

The SciFlex is the only glove that fits me right, and for me is the most comfortable especially in the palm and over the knuckles.
