JZona's daughter is playing in this event, let's see a W!!

as always..thanks Fore

after a shaky start, +5 after 20 holes she turned it around and made the cut and is at -2...she might get some TV time in the 3rd round since she is teeing it up with last years winner....fingers crossed so she can cash a nice paycheck...thanks WRX for getting behind this never ending fighter and underdog!

While yesterdays feature groupings could have proved to be entertaining, it was anything but. Watching Lydia, Brooke and Ha Na at times struggling to show any of their potential was a little painful at times then of course for the local viewers they covered Karrie Webb who after a first round 76 struggled to even come close to making the cut! All the while their was far more interesting golf being played on the course uncovered with Dana's recovery from 5 over to 2 under with 7 birdies, which was probably the best of the day, not even getting a mention. Personally I prefer to watch good golf whoever is playing and fortunately Mo was in Karrie's group to give some interest. Media coverage is what sponsors are looking for which = $ to players so it must be frustrating for some of the lesser know ones to not get it even when they are playing well. I already mentioned Mo did not get a pre tournament interview despite being by far the highest ranked US player yet the media was all over Michelle Wie?

Well, what a fascinating start to the season. On day 3 a lot of newer names at the top, and there could be a first-time LPGA winner.

Lydia, Brooke and Charley Hull clearly underperforming at this stage. Ariya and Minjee Lee usefully placed in the field. Ha Na and Haru Nomura showing some good action and either of those could win it.

But all in all a pretty sluggish turn out for the bigger guns. Unclear at this point what the season is going to look like.

Haven't managed to catch a lot of the action so far but it's setting up for a fun Sunday. A couple of names near the top that I'll be rooting for big time, would love to see a first time winner..

Not sure what the forecast is for tomorrow but with a bit of breeze the rnd 3 scoring average was 75.5, bit more of the same tomorrow and there's plenty in the mix..

It would be nice to see Porna get her first win on the LPGA. Go Porna!

Lol. Let's see. A couple of Americans. A couple of Canadians. A couple of Australians. A player from Japan. A player from Korea. A player from Thailand.

Hmm. Sounds like an equal opportunity fan to me.

Well, looks like the new faces just evaporated and quality came through in the end - Ariya, Minjee Lee, Ha Na and Haru Nomura.

Brooke wasn't so bad apart from the round of 77, but Lydia and Charley Hull seriously off the pace. So season could look like last season - shuffling around the previous LPGA winners. Itching to see how Sung Hyun does....

Glad Ha Na won. I like her game and her personality.

Has Nanna Madsen joined the LPGA Tour this year? Wiki says she's on the LET.

yeah you have to be from the KLPGA for Left to root against you. If you read Left's post he has a low thought of the KLPGA. And to go further if anyone from the KLPGA is leading he roots for anyone else. It's quite transparent his agenda.

Gratz Ha Na, while everyone else choked it up she snuck up and snatched it..

Was hoping for a Pornanong or Su Oh win but not to be..

On to Thailand!

Ariya may well get redemption for 2013 this year :)

Tough Luck Left. KLPGA wins again. Must sting.

Rest assured if Na Yeon was leading coming down the stretch I'd be rooting for her from the rooftops..

I won't be surprised if Ha Na exceeds her goal of 5 wins this year. I'm starting to become a fan of her, even though I'm not sure what exactly went down with her and In Gee on that escalator.
