Leach is a highly intelligent man. Highly successful at places that aren't historically successful. He speaks his mind and is a great interview. I'll always lock into anything Mike Leach!

He turned around the WSU program fairly quickly considering they had ZERO depth when he got there.

 

Good players seem to trend in his direction, even if he locks them in sheds.
