4 dozen QST's arrived last week as estimated. Sounds like there was a run-up on Z and XV.

Amazon order (via Golfballs.com) has arrived less than 48 hours after ordering.

 

However, order placed directly with Golfball.com eight days ago is still "in picking and shipping."

 

Not making much sense unless they're just busting a** to not screw up their Amazon Prime commitments and other orders are somewhere else on the priority list.

 

No big deal in the big picture I guess but I know where I'll be ordering from now on.

 

Good chance they're being shipped from an amazon facility me thinks?

The return address on the shipping label says "Golfballs.com" and then there is an Amazon sticker placed off to the side which makes me think that they came directly from Golfballs.com where the Amazon sticker was applied.

 

Just a guess though.

 

I also ordered some from Dick's on Saturday the 16th and they estimated delivery to be Friday the 22nd.

 

A lot of inconsistencies to say the least but in hindsight, obviously, Amazon would have been the way to go and I probably would have done just that except I expected tax to be added by Amazon so I didn't look there until after I'd already placed the other orders.

 

Shame on me I guess but it's not like I'm golf ball poor at the moment so it'll all shake out in the end I'm sure.

If it’s fulfilled by amazon it’s shipped from their own warehouse not from golfballs.

 

I got mine on Saturday. I didn’t order them for Father’s Day but it was pretty close to the last minute if anyone did. I got personalization and even a picture of myself to give to my buddies as a joke.

 

I ordered 5 dozen more the day after that order and it still hasn’t come yet.

 

I’m not angry, but I mine weren’t time sensitive for a gift or anything. I’m pretty sure that the delay was from how many people ordered as my order went to golfballs and obviously srixon has to drop ship it. Either way good ball. So good I almost ordered more when they were from DSG

 

Also I wanted personalization and the line so I was ok with waiting. Oh and yellow

Originally ordered 5 dozen from golfballs.com, all personalized and all came fast after the 11th shipping date, also all personalized. Since then, while the Dick's coupon worked, I did multiple orders with them as well. Think I ended up with about 15 dozen in the end and a mix of Z Star, XV and Yellow's of each too.

I ordered 5 dozen XV in yellow personalized on the 15th of June around 5:30pm and received them today (the 19th) via Priority Mail. Estimated ship date on the order said by June 26th.

EDIT: I played the Q-Star Tour today for nine holes and it just didn't do it for me so I switched it to the Z-Star for the other nine and was much happier. The worst part is that I have almost three dozen of these Q-Star Tour's now!

I just bought two dozen z-star XV golf balls for $36 shipped, yesterday, and they are supposed to arrive this Friday. DSG.

As of yesterday, both of my Golfballs.com orders were in the "picking" stage and to "ship soon". As of five minutes ago, a shipping label was created on 16 June and they're on the truck for deliver today!

 

Coming from Carencro, La. wherever that is.

 

Again, no big deal at all, it just seems kind of bizarre how it's all played out.

 

At any rate, I'll soon have several large "buckets" of Z-Star XV's which is great as I hate looking for golf balls.

 

So I have that going for me - which is nice..........

Align xl covers exactly half of the circumference. I thought (and wish) the line was thicker.

 

Otoh, their star align is big and very well printed. I will order from them again

I ordered 6 dozen personalized from golfballs.com on the 16th and received them today, we'll ahead of their estimate. My GG dozen from the 15th came in 2 days ago but wasn't personalized. Happy with the personalized golf balls and won't hesitate to order again in a few years when I run out of balls.

Golfballs.com ended up coming through for me and getting me my order. Took a little longer than expected, but it is what it is. I think they got slammed and blindsided by this promotion. They’re a stand-up company though IMO.

Yeah I probably didn't NEED them but I prefer the yellow ball so I grabbed 5 dozen of the Z-Star's and 5 dozen of the Z-Star XV's. I also got three dozen of the Q-Star Tour's but wish I just got more of the yellow Z-Star's XV's.
