Which finish is that one? Fantastic!!!

 

 

I believe that is the lighter of the two oil cans, which is the same finish I have on mine. Trust me, all the finishes are fantastic it just depends on how good the quality of the picture is. When I saw my putter in person for the first time it looked completely different from the pictures (in a good way)

 

This is very true. My pictures suck because I had my crummy camera that day. Plus, it is difficult to capture how incredible the finishes really are. They have some of the best, if not the best, oil can finishes I have ever seen.

For a carbon steel putter are there finishes that require low/no maintenance? If not what sort of maintenance does a carbon steel putter require?

We plan on offering a chromed carbon steel and a SS 303 version. We will post the chromed putter pictures very soon.

A cotton rag lightly soaked in mineral/baby oil works great for the oil and black ox finishes. I would keep those heads dry and apply the oil at least once or twice a month. Some people like to do it more often, which is even better.

I can't wait to see the SS version. I have already spoken to Lee about them, and as soon as they come out I plan to order one.

Chip or Lee, I sent you folks an email requesting some info last night -- but then I read this thread more carefully and noticed that you aren't currently making left-handed models. I guess I'd just like to ask one more time if you're planning to change that any time soon. You'd have my business for sure.

Just ordered 2, one for me one for my dad! Anybody get one in 3X? I did but haven't really seen many on here in 3X.

I ordered mine in 3X Black but I won't have it fro another 3 weeks or so. I wanted a dark finish to contrast the ball and the green but I didn't want to see shiny surfaces.

You guys have no idea with Lee has put up with to get my putters. I've sent countless emails to him and he responds very fast and works everything out. These guys know what customer service is supposed to be about and I cannot wait to see what they look like. Everybody do yourself a favor and order one of these. I'm sure a lot of people will agree with me. Mine are just barely in the process and I already know that they'll turn out great.

Is it just me or does it seem like the white paint Chip uses is brighter then other whites i see on other putters? Am I the only one who thinks this? I really like the way it stands out on those dark finishes, its a very pure, bright white.
