I did, had an anser 4 neck, the wings look really long to me, not a fan.... I’m used to my Taylormade Ardmore 3 though....

 

The sigma anser has a dual color scheme to it

2 questions relating to the Tyne H. Is it a platinum or more of a stealth color? Also, is the sight line on the top line like the Sigma G Tyne H or is it on the flange like the Tyne?

I saw the charcoal color I guess it’s the stealth? The line was on top of the flange if this one, maybe they will offer both through custom order....the wings were long, almost too long for my eye

You don’t have to angle the putter to get it into the cup just set it straight down into the cup so any scrapes would happen on the sides out of view.....

 

 

Forgot to add that there is a nice sigma 2.0 zb model.... that looks really good

Please dont release adjustable length. I work in golf retail and people were breaking them daily since they thought it was a torque wrench just like the drivers

This is much simpler and easier than the previous system

each putter has a sleeve under the grip that can be adjusted in real time for length

This system is really slick. Really wanted to cut the grip off to see how it worked, but that wasn't happening. Wasn't that crazy about the hole in the head thing (gimmicky) but the application of the extending shaft is good. Might prove challenging for aftermarket grips as it looked like the grip was on a sleeve of sorts and I don't know how that would work out for guys wanting to change the grip to something else. Find out more in a couple of weeks at our regional buying show.

I asked my rep about the grip. He said that they haven't found a grip the system doesn't work with. As long as the grip has a centered hole at the end the key to adjust will work. I'm now very glad I asked him about it.

 

Edit: He actually had a model with a clear grip to show how it worked. Really really cool

A few have mentioned on this thread that the release of this line is 11/1. Would PING not have issued some sort of press release by now to build some hype before the release date?

Hopefully they will sell grips or the grip portion separately. I would really like to be able to change up now and again.

No "grip portion" to it. Not like the old adjustable line with the steel ball part that would allow you to pull the whole grip sleeve area off or spin it around on the shaft. The way this one works the grip stays square and you can put any grip you want on it. The adjustment only goes to 36 and then stops. The old system you could pull the whole grip end off.

Good. That was the only problem I had with the old system; I had to square it. Always wondered why there wasn't a slot for alignment.

Good question. PING being an engineering company that happens to make golf clubs I would think they figured out a way to have everything stay balanced. When I got to roll a few with the different models nothing felt out of place or oddly weighted. Not 100% sure that answers your question, I don't have a 100% answer though.

Ping usually waits until right before the release to make an official announcement. I believe they waited until 1 week before i210 release.
