The Fli-Hi can be considered a driving iron since it's technically a long iron replacement. They can be ordered with graphite shafts.

They can be ordered with an iron shaft. Looking for a heavier stiffer hybrid shaft to put in it. Something lower launch and spin.

I hit both drivers the other day. I thought the shape was a bit odd but got used to it. It kept up with my TS3 which is saying something. Might give it a go again soon

4 rounds in and the driver is perfect. I’m not the most accurate driver nor the longest hitter (250 carry real world yards) but I’ve definiteky picked up 10-12 yards and I’m also hitting it straighter . The club is easy to turn over and pretty forgiving . Also performs well when teed up low

 

The feel/sound and look are 10/10

I swing around 105 these days

 

I got the driver expecting it to go higher than it does , but it really produces low spin . I play it at 9* but tried it at 10 too and even that doesn’t spin much , I do feel the shaft is a well made one that isn’t one of those soft noodles that gets the ball high

Medium transition . I probably swing closer to 110 when I’m playing more , the stiff flex is really stable , I was thinking it might be too soft but it’s just right

Thanks! I might go stiff with 1" tip then. I need to hit the stiff some more. I'm assuming stiff might launch slightly higher?

it was a significant difference for me between the 6s and 7x. Ss102 .hard transition and downswing .6s spun a lot more for my swing and tempo .also dropped loft from 9.5 to 8.0 to confirm post about loft change also. Both feel similar to me but 7X way better fit for my attack angles and control .good luck.

That's very interesting. My swing sounds a lot like you. Do you have a negative AoA? Mine was around -2. I was originally fit for an Atmos TS Red 7X, but I can't get that unless I buy it separately.

It sure is a sweet feeling, looking and sounding club. I wish I knew of a place I could get fitted for it. I've hit it with several shafts at PGASS, but there is something about the crappy balls and that tee they use that makes me not hit it well.

 

My guy that fit me for the F9 doesn't carry this club so I have no way to compare the two.

I hit up on the ball +2. 7x and 9* head turned down to 8* lowered spin from 2900-3000 avg to 2000-2100 avg. Gained about 8-10 yards carry avg and 5 mph avg more ball speed with correct shaft and loft. Launch avg 12.9 now vs 16-17 with the 10.5 head set at 9.5 with 6s.

St190 is the 2nd best feeling Driver I’ve hit this year - only one I haven’t hit is Gen2.

I have spring break trip coming up and need to get fit and order my ST190 fast but the weather here in the Midwest sucks! I am holding out because I want to get fit outside. I hate hitting a driver indoors and I swing horribly when I feel closed in.

Just my two cents from experimenting with the ST190 for a week or two now. I love it. Shape is a little deep for my liking but the performance of the driver will always outweigh any of my preferences. Sounds and feels great. Is a low spinner for sure. Ball flight is consistent and fast off the face. Will compete with anything out there this year for sure. Might actually end up in the bag. We will have to see!

Have you done any comparisons with the F9? I'm torn between the two although I prefer the look, sound and feel of ST190. I'm curious to know which is higher spinning.
