Anybody Pre-Order TM 760s?

These are available for pre-order as of today. Most of the reviews on line have been positive. Seem a bit pricy. Has anyone hit them and if so what are your impressions?

The 790s were a big success and I think these irons address a lot of the issues people looking for a players iron saw in those. I think they may have another winner on their hands. I could see more tour pros using the 760s in their longer irons besides just a 2 or 3 iron.

My golftown here in Canada had a set on the rack for sale already, they look so much better in person than online. Really small profile, killed leading edge going, and much more of a brushed satin (like the titleist cb) compared to the the p770.

 

If I was remotely in the market for new irons I would be all over these...it’s gonna be a long winter.

I’ve been really thinking of getting these 7-PW to go with my 790s. I can’t wait to see them and hit them. I’m hoping that my local Edwin watts will have them soon!

I had a feeling people were overreacting to drawings of these clubs. Probably look quite nice with the satin finish.

I’d order them 1/2 inch under standard length with no tip weights at C-9 so I could slather lead tape all over the back of those ugly beasts and cover up that mish mash of lines back there.

I musta missed he positive reviews because all Ive seen is the 500 negative reviews on how bad they look

Yes. That is what I saw. Definitely not hi-res photos. The point is, it is hard to make an accurate assessmenr until you see the club. I don’t think the blingy 750 and 770 look good because the badging looks cheap to me, worse than the Mizuno MP25. The 760 may look better than those in person.
