As stated in an earlier post I ordered the 4 pack looks like with their shipping I may get them this year, their shipping is a joke.

Ordered my gloves on the 16th and received them yesterday. Strangely, they arrived loose in a "Jiffy Rigi Bag" mailer from a freight forwarder called "G&B International, Inc." based in Compton, CA. Other than a few cosmetic differences, they're almost the same as the Callaway gloves that Costco sold -- right down to the "Sheepskin Leather Made in Indonesia" labels.

I got an email with a tracking # for my order of gloves but only stated it the label was created with UPS. 7 days later no updates. Spoke to their CS this morning- took them 10 min to come back and tell me yes we see the same thing when we track it. Then tells me they are declaring it lost and will re-process the order. I ask for them to expedite the shipping for the inconvenience and he says sorry we can't do that. Then I asked if they could at least put a note in to ship them Ground tomorrow instead of taking so many days to process. Again, all I got was a sorry we can't do that. Terrible customer service.

Same thing happened to me with regards to shipping... Guess I'll have to contact customer service since it's been no update (other than having a label created) for 5 days.

I hope they don't get rid of the Callaway 3 pack gloves they have always carried unless they have rebranded them.

Hmm. Mine are supposedly scheduled for delivery on Wednesday but the only status on the tracking number says label created. May have to give them a ring to see what the story is. I am guessing that they are shipping directly from the distributor and not Costco themselves.

I just reached out to them via online chat. They declared my shipment lost and resubmitted the order. They said that they are in stock, so I am not sure whey the original shipment didn't go anywhere.

Kind of odd. But, after speaking with customer service yesterday, they said they were declaring the package as lost and reshipping the item. Yesterday, the original package now shows as shipped. Don't know if their fulfillment process is having issues. Don't know if it would have shown activity had I not called. I haven't gotten any other notifications from Costco regarding any new orders or shipments. Doubt they could use the same label 6 days after the fact. Something tells me that it was sitting in a warehouse somewhere packed up and ready to ship and just never got put on the truck.

Same thing here. Customer service declared it lost and was going to reorder for me. Never got a confirmation of the new order being processed but I just happened to check the old shipping label and apparently it's our for delivery today.

My Dad swears by MG. He used to buy their clubs back when they were in that market. I think he was more in love with the prices than the clubs themselves. I still remember his old Master Grip T-Rex driver. That thing sat so closed there was almost no way to slice it. He still gets their mailer and continues to order their gloves and socks.

Sounds like a theme here. Did they use the same tracking number on your re-shipment?

I normally wear a cadet medium. Ordered small and medium to see which (if either) fits best and will return the other. I'll report back after they arrive 3/28.

Despite its lack of Lycra inserts, the K-Sig glove feels more comfortable to me than the Callaway gloves that Costco sells (or used to sell). Here are a few comparison photos (K-Sig glove on the left, Callaway on the right)...

 

For the price, one can't go wrong. And, the K-Sig poker chip ball marker is a nice added bonus...

 

Hopefully, Costco's distributor gets the shipping problems sorted out...

I played with one of these gloves last weekend and loved it. Great product! I'm going to order more just in case. Superior glove to the MG in my opinion. Fits like a Stasof.

Is everyone finding the sizing recommendation on the product page to be accurate? I've never worn gloves smaller than XL or XXL but according to the information on the product page its suggesting Large...

I saw it mentioned that they fit like the Callaway gloves they used to carry. I typically wear a Large in every glove so I bought the Callaway gloves in the same size. They seemed absolutely huge. The finger length was fine but the palm was really loose. I had barely had enough velcro to keep it strapped on. I ordered M/L expecting them to fit a bit looser than normal. I will get them on Monday and update my thoughts on fit and quality.
