I have a couple of them and I have a large melon. When i shopped for them I tried on the whole stack. Some were smaller/larger than others despite the OSFA/M. Eventually I found a couple that fit just right.

I love the Titleist Tour Aussie hats, but I also have a small head. The new ones simply don't work for me, but I wear fitted hats almost exclusively since I seem to have a really awkward size noggin. Adjustable hats in general have just never seemed to work for me.

I did manage to locate one of the fitted ones from last year at a local shop. The S/M fits perfect. Perfect for those deep summer rounds when it really gets hot.

I just bought one. I got tired of visors and caps leaving neck and face charred. Did anyone pretreat theirs to prevent sweat stains?

I can second Imperial. I’ve got a small dome too and their small hats fit perfect!

 

On a side note, perhaps look at a junior buck that. Some of them are teeny tiny but some of them are seriously gigantic.

I bought this year’s Ping Boonie and it’s been great. I may pick up a Titleist Aussie lid this week to compare. I have finally decided to listen to my dermatologist and eschew fashion for function and wear the larger brim. I know they don’t look as cool and trendy as that new trucker golf hat...but the UV waves will eventually win the battle on your skin. That’s just science.

Yes don't worry about how you look. A score in the 70's without sun burn is awesome. After the round take it off and relax. LOL. I put sun protection over fashion any day of the week. I have the older titleist aussie hats, got one on a deal but they only had M/L - my smaller head means it pulls down over my ears and it appears like I'm swimming in it - at least it feels that way - in a mirror you can't tell though so screw it.

 

I also have an aussie hat from deluth trading - love it but wish the brim was larger like the Titleist hat. Wonder why they went away from sizing! I can't find a S/M anywhere but would pull the trigger if I did. I want the ping aussie hat but it is tour only - meaning only tour players can get that one - not the crap looking boonie, the one that looks exactly like the titleist but says Ping. LOL I wouldn't mind rocking a logo because I'm a big fan of Ping stuff. Kirk Triplet wears them - there was a previous post regarding it being tour only. Not even when you visit the factory can you get one, not on ebay, they can't be found. Sucks.

Nike and Ping use to do wide brim hats. I still have them, very useful in sunny Queensland, Australia but they are not available anymore.

 

Interesting thing... I haven't seen the Titleist Aussie hat in Australia...

Got one a few months ago. The protection offered by these Titleist Aussie hats are fantastic. Good quality too.
