Well my pick this week is DFL, so that sounds about right lol. I'm not counting the poor Am getting massacred out there today. I hope she's really young cause if not shooting that score on this course, you don't got it for the LPGA.

It took -17 to earn top 10 last year; hope she gets there!

Spent a few hours at TC this afternoon. As noted earlier, it's not the friendliest layout for a fan. I stopped at the range, but only a few players were still out there, including Madeline and Anne van Dam.

 

I caught up with the group with Maddie McCrary and Alexa Pano, and followed them for a few holes on the front nine. No real fireworks there. Maddie was a few yards longer than Alexa off the tee. I then followed Hee Young, Lindsey Weaver, and Peiyun Chien for their final four holes. Again, few birdies. Missing fairways is punishing. Hee Young bogied 16 and 18 after missing the fairway and green.

 

I'll get an early start tomorrow. Gates open at 7 am.

I liked the quick interviews of O'Toole, Ernst, and Olson while they waited at 15. I thought it was hilarious because Foltz asked Ernst if she was thinking about the Solheim during her rounds and her face almost looked like she was thinking, "Well dang Jerry, NOW I am..." It was pretty funny to me anyway.

 

Glad to see Joh up there as well as Megan Khang.

I think I am right in saying this, but 5 has never beaten 6 head-to-head in an LPGA event (not sure about in Korea). Well, she has 8 shots on her this time!
