I'm currently using the Sun Mountain Collegiate for this reason, it's just plain bag.

I'm thinking of going Titleist Player 4 plus next, because the SM straps are so huge. I like how you can remove the straps on the newer Titleist Players bags by unclipping them when you put the bag on a cart and don't get in the way.

Might just be me... but not a fan of a hybrid that puts the drivers/fairways on the handle side when using on a cart. Nike had a great hybrid that I tried to replace... The cart bags mostly show pics with clubs the way I am describing. still looking....

Have a players 4 2018 had several holes within a few months. But had an old stand bag maybe 10 years old much more used and hardly any imperfections. Makes me question the QC on new bags

Back when I bought my current bag I first considered the "Staff Stand bag" but decided it was a waste of money. Consequently, I purchased the Player 5 stand-bag which is similar to the new Hybrid 14 Bag, minus a few pockets and cuffs. Its still holding-up well with plenty of storage, including a water-bottle slot that sets in the right place for access when carrying, plus its relatively lightweight. The only inconvenience has been zipper pulls get stuck and pop off so I reattached those that come off and use some silicone spray on them.

I had that staff stand bag, it was a beauty, but heavy.

 

I had to get rid of it because I would see kids walking with it, which embarrassed me since I told people it was too heavy to carry, so i replaced it.

Picked up my Titleist staff bag Monday! It is Awesome! Lots of pockets and actually has pockets within the large side pockets to place things so they don't settle to the bottom and get "lost". Only used it once. Will give more updates!

I believe so, I just went on the Sun Mountain website and I have that gray one that have up.

I did switch to the Players 4 Plus and I really like it, the balance is the best i've ever felt on a carry bag. I think the smaller design just keeps everything a little close to your body and it feels great.

I was at my local club two weeks ago and saw a titleist 14 cart bag (not the lightweight 14 bag), all black, it’s the one with the full length dividers. Absolutely gorgeous bag, a bit costly but well worth it. I found it to be slimmer but more versatile than the lightweight cart bag, and it’s got plenty of space!

Hmm, i have a masters green players 4 from 2018. Been a good bag. Love the color. Hate the straps. Saw the 2019 models and looks like they changed sizes up some. Players 4 is definitely smaller than mine and looks like the players 4 plus is now the size of the old players 4.

 

was thinking of a stadry but is it the size of the plus? Or regular newer/smaller

 

what does the plus have to make it a plus? Bigger pockets? Or wider opening? Both? Weigh more?

 

has Titleist improved the shoulder straps at all or still the same as last few years.

Here’s the new cart 15 StaDry and it’s made be vessel. It has a 14 way top cuff. So 14 full length dividers + putter well.

i have the players 4 plus, my last three bags were Sun Mountains, i think the straps on the Players 4 plus balance the bag nicely and aren’t too bulky compared to the Sun Mountain.

I like that colorway, the white and green. I have the 2018 model that is all green, in that same shade. I call it masters green. But I need/want a new bag. I kinda want another Titleist stadry or one of these new color 4plus bags. The Titleist just looks the best/classiest imo. But i hate their straps.

On their PGA show video, they have an all green coming in March.

Although I’m not sure if it will be in the staydry or not.
