Youngin with a nice round going. I don't think she has the firepower of Yealimi, but she could surprise us.

We have had insane growing conditions here this summer. We have had to alter our mowing schedule for the 1st time in years because the grass is so happy. The mild temps and high humidity have it going nuts.

Has he said anything about the new Super? He came down from Canada I believe. Has to be tough to come to a new course and have a month and a half to get ready for a LPGA tourney on Labor Day.

Quit saying Brooke won as an AM she was a pro. Just cause Whan will let any 17 year old Korean or American try to go to Q school and get a symetra card and you wouldn't give the opportunity to Brooke when she was the #1 AM in the world and had nothing else to prove in the AM's. Nelly wasn't close to #1 or had the resume of Brooke as an AM but she got the chance. As you can probably tell I'm still bitter about it lol

I think Cheyenne is coming to the end, she gotta fight with everything she has every year to keep her card. On the plus side she seems very active with LPGA promotional stuff so she probably has a good job waiting in the game after her golfing career

2 inches more of ruff would make all the difference, hopefully the let the greens bake out a bit over the weekend, then things can get sketchy

Plus according to the volunteers of America commercial she practices 2 or 3 hours everyday. (I can't remember which ) So at least she has that going for her.

Yeah, 2 cuts made out of 12 events this year, finishing T69 at both isn't gonna boost morale too much. Hasn't managed a top 20 since Sept of 2017.

Kind of cool.to follow a local talent in a LPGA event 50 miles from her home.

There are a few good rounds out there at 6 under, but otherwise you're right. Three under or worse seems to be the lay of the land today.

Yeah looking at the scores the first 3 holes can cause trouble if you're out of position and last the last 3 seem to be the same way. The good score will come from those who survive those holes without making bogeys.

My memory of this tournament, is it usually plays like this. The greens get firmer and faster each progressing day you can still score but if you're off you can get bitten. The first 2 days are always a scorefest here and you can still score on the weekend but you can go sideways. They said on the broadcast they'd like it at 13 on the stimpmeter for the weekend.

She could also earn card by winning about $500,000 of official money; but she’s running out of time.

Not so fast my fine feathered friend. (Stole that line from old Batman when he was only on television) I'm wishing and hoping you are right but she has tomorrow and 2 more tournaments to make enough money. This is the LPGA so if Munigram can have 17 putts in 15 holes like she did yesterday she could just as easily/luckily win Texas and Indy.
