Lots of offense in store out in San Francisco. Rodger does Rodgers and the book of Emmanuel returns for Jimmy G, Kittle plays bigger than his name would rhyme with Little. Both are playing this week. I see the Niners winning this game but not giving points to Rodgers. Both defenses can also score and provide short fields. Give me the over GB/SF 46

Now on the other hand I see a close to the vest game in New England. The Patriots defense will try and lock down Elliott and keep the game in front of them by pressuring Prescott keeping him in the pocket. Dallas will try and pressure Brady to use the check downs and their linebackers will pounce. I see a lot of James White and Edelman Dallas has the speed in the middle to cover but Edelaman will try and work a little deeper to get Sony Michel some running lanes early. To me this game smells like an under but not to sure. But I like taking the TV games so give me the under 46 Dal/NE

I love Russell Wilson, I love his whole game I love Tyler Lockett I have them both in Fantasy Football. But I think it’s a hot Eagles team thAt likes to play on TV just as much as the aforementioned This game will feature a lot of punching and counter punching . Wentz has been hot and cold but even when he’s not on, he’s a gamer. Jefferey and Jackson are always injured and not playing as usual I see the coming out party for a Mr Miles Sanders. The Eagles at home is not a very good matchup for the Hawks having to travel and play in the friendly confines of Lincoln Financial Field. Well sir Pete3, as the commish I must now point out to you that JW did not have to trow one INT for the Saint's game to hit Over 47 points. The Carolina Panthers put up 31 against the Saints and the Bucs were no where to be found. Actually Jameis was over in Atlanta taking on the Falcons He did throw 2 picks in that dome, but played right fine regardless as the Bucs won easily over the (back down to earth) Falcons. I conferred with the judge's panel and they said it was a winning pick by you. " Saints in their dome with the over get's it done regardless of the opponent", was the call by chief judge McFarland. You trying to keep the ole touch on his toes bro?

Wont you be my neighbor? This week was the release of the Mr. Rogers movie, and what an amazing man. As many of you know, my roots are in the midwestern town of PGH, and we aren't necessarily gawkers or paparazzi type folks. A guy is a guy, who is going to be fairly similar to the next guy... but Mr Rogers was a man. As a 7 year old I was gobsmacked when I saw Mr Rogers laying by the pool. I didn't think he actually existed, I guess, at 7 I didn't know anything, but there I was. I went and told my parents he was there. I didn't know it at the time, but dad knew him and wanted to respect his privacy, but he did say my older brother by 7 years had to take me over there to meet him. And there I was, face to face with "The Man." He could have punched me in the gut because I was so out of sorts and I wouldn't have remembered it. I don't know what I said, I certainly can't remember what he said, but I still remember it to this day... so in a nod of the cap to "The Man" here are the picks.

Who coaches flag football and made it a point to not be the selfish athlete, and put his kids first even in season? Yeah, and he wins again this week. Put on a cardigan Drew, you are the NFL's Mr Rogers and I expect a win by more than 7. Now that's a guy who I would like to be my neighbor.

I was never into King Friday, a little too square for me, but man could he dress. So in a nod to sartorial splendor, I like the Panthers over the floundering Skins, but the bet is actually going be the over. Just like King Friday, Cam dresses up, but at this point he is living in a land of make believe if he thinks he is worth $60M more than whoever they have playing QB now. In an offensive (use this term in either capacity) showdown, the over please.

In 1966, black people still weren't allowed to swim in some pools. So what did this cardiganed bad ass do? He invited the black man to dip his toes in the pool on a hot day. I can assure you I didn't know the act of rebellion at the time, but wowza. Way to legislate human decency to the kids of the PBS. 40 years later another PGH compatriot instituted the Rooney Rule, and now the Steelers have Mike Tomlin. With a depleted lineup, he can look back and tip a cap to Fred Rogers. Unfortunately, Mr Rogers can't help him with clock management, but that is for another day. This game is at home, and the Browns don't have Garrett, but the Steelers may well trot out the Statue again. In a Duck upset, I am taking the points and picking the reasonably atrocious Steelers.

I also was a young boy who enjoyed his show. I believe Mr. Rogers wrote the book on being calm and patient. I ask you Pete, "how come neither one of those attributes rubbed off one bit on little Detroit Larry that was often tuning in ?" Again thanks for the nice tribute to the giving, and most carrying man. Was he donning Ked's or PF Flyers when the loafers came off?
