I’m in Japan and go to several different Golf Partner stores around the Tokyo area...the business is legit and deals can be found every once in a while.  Never shopped their online store however...

Most people would be leery of sending a lot of money to a foreign company with a website that has no phone number or other form of contact other than a email address. So, of course sane people would check out the reviews. I hope this helps.
The lure is the low advertised prices and promise of quick delivery and a few positive reviews. If this sounds familiar, your in for some good news. I did it and it turned out great; there are only a few caveats that buyers should know. Importantly the clubs were as described but better than I expected. They were delivered faster than any American vendor that I have dealt with. The price was very good and could not be matched relative to the condition of the clubs.  I ordered “very good to excellent” condition

The caveats are not dramatic. First is the time zone difference in Japan means you probably will not get a quick response to any email. Second, the payment processor may not provide your complete address, so once you get the order confirmation in (took less than 24 hours) you should inquire using the order # as a reference and offer them your shipping address. Lastly they may ask you to take a screen shot of your online credit card statement; I know this sounds fishy but the shot only needs to include the 1 or 2 lines with Golf Partners USA(named as vendor) the price charged and the last 3/4 digits of your card which is typically shown right after the price. Once they received this the clubs arrived by FedEx within 48 hours. Also, you will be required to sign for the delivery, so someone will need to be there or you may contact FedEx and arrange for a pick up at their terminal or a drop at one of their stores. Just received my Callaway Rogue irons.  Very nice except the pitching wedge came with scratches and they will not stand behind it.  NOTHING.  will not purchase from them again
