Impressive win for her.  Green has all kinds of talent, if she can be consistently in or near top form she's going to win multiple times a year and scoop a couple majors.

Maybe you shouldn't become so obsessed with these kids until they reach the LPGA level. Amateur/college golf doesn't exactly equate to LPGA skill levels all the time, some players need more time to adapt.

And even IF they make it to the LPGA.....there are quite a few who had stellar Am careers who never accomplish anything of substance on the LPGA tour.

Beth Bauer, Vicky Hurst, Paige MacKenzie, Amanda Blumenherst, etc just to name a few.

Hmmm...so Nelly wins an Olympic gold medal....yet I don't believe the unmarketable one has signed a a significant endorsement since.

I think Nelly had already been a Titleist brand ambassador and was playing Titleist clubs in her KPMG and Olympic wins.

 

And I don't think Titleist pays well to LPGA pros. Has their ever been an article that a LPGA pro signed a significant contract with Titleist?

Ya...I know it's a member guest event...but gotta believe it has some fund raising element to it.

I can't see so many PGA tour pros wanting to play Seminole.....even if they aren't members at Seminole...I think any of them could show up any day and go play as a professional courtesy.

 

I can't see any Seminole member say to the HP...."hey Bubba Watson just showed up...mind if he joined your group"?....and the member saying NO.

In 2002, we went on a golf vacation....Bangkok and Hua Hin.

2 nights we went to Patpong...what a gong show.

It was lots of fun...yes...we were all with our wives.

A night market down the middle of the road and shady bars lining the street with go go dancers trying to entice you to enter the bars.

 

It was a fantastic golf vacation...it was a chartered vacation...we extended and stopped into HK for 3 nights on the way back.

 

IMO....the knock-off stuff in Bangkok was superior to the fake stuff in HK.

I still have a fake Lacoste golf shirt from Bangkok that looks newish....but I take care of it and don't golf in it. (sweat).

I’m guessing Jessica could’ve made the trip to SG… if they were staying around Orchard Road, then Johnny could’ve been parked at a nearby daycare. (Singapore is pretty tame/safe, relative to some of the “Wild West”/notorious nightlife in other Asian cities)
