Yankee Hotel Foxtrot gets all the accolades but my favorite Wilco album is Sky Blue Sky, released in 2007. Nels Cline is just amazing.

@NRJyzr It's been a short while since you originally recommended Floor Jansen/Nightwish to me. Figured I'd give you an update.

She is just off the charts great. I orignally watched the full 2013 Wacken show you mentioned. Kept going back to it over the last month or so. And of course I watched the Phantom performance with her. Simply stunning. So of course I came across a YT video of her doing a solo show (that also had Henk Poort on a couple of songs) in Amsterdam from 2021. Left me shaking my head in amazement. Thanks for the tip on her. Seems like she has performed multiple times with Henk Poort. You may have seen this clip below.

I'm not big on seeing many shows live anymore due to stupid ticket prices but I would travel to see her solo or Nightwish played close to me. Close for me being 3-5 hours away. I don't mind driving to see shows for bands/artists I really want to see. Plenty of options in areas to see bands in a 3-5 hour circle around Pittsburgh it those artists skip here.

I have to admit, I hadn't seen the Top 25 Floorgasms video. Watched a bit of it, but haven't waded through the whole thing. Yet. 😉

Had to listen to #1 again, of course. And, like every other time before, got goosebumps. Just incredible. I can believe why so many folks who comment on Youtube, who've seen them live, talk about being moved to tears. It drives through you...

My nephew is the one who initially pointed out Nightwish to me; he's a big fan and has seen them live here in MN. Feel like I've given a decent effort at paying it forward. LOL
