I did love the TPT Yellow 15 HI I had briefly a few months back.  I wonder how these differ.  Perhaps different material.

Actually, price is around $400 retail

The 380$/€ is the price for the Power range, the new Nitro range is not yet on their website I believe.

These are much more expensive. I've heard 800ish euros, but that could be wrong. I'd expect it to be 600+ though.

LO version is super low launch and spin.  HI version launches just a touch higher and spin can vary a bit.

nothing beat the 14hi power range yet and I tried every ventus shaft. The feel and the numbers are on point. the problem with the nitro range is the weight(for me) I prefer 70g+ for a driver shaft

Currently gaming Bryson Signature Series Stiffs that I got fit into, 65 for the driver and 75 for the fwys. How would y'all compare these (particularly the Nitro) to the BSS? Trying to move away from LAGP in general, not a fan of some of their practices and QC.

 

I used TPT's online fitting tool and it spat out a 16Lo, which is too heavy in the Power range for me, but the Nitro range looks like it would better fit the bill. What would y'all compare these to in the market, and how stiff do they play vs how stiff they feel? I usually fit into shafts that play stiffer than they feel. I play better with stouter stiff shafts, even though my swing speed points definitively towards X range.

 

Sorry for all these questions, but I'm definitely intrigued by these.

I have a 17lo power tipped an inch in

my driver now. Can’t say much about the Nitro but I do have a friend with one on the way. I purchased based off weight and did the recommended tipping for my speed. These shafts are stiff. They don’t have exceptional feel either. I have been back and forth on this shaft and a Tensei 1K Pro Orange and the Tensei feels better and loads much easier. That being said, the TPT is just a straight bomber. It doesn’t go left and is lower launch and spin. Definitely a Ventus Black TR feel in the handle. OG Ventus Black is a bit smoother with more kick than the TPT as well. I initially was going to dump the TPT but the performance has kept it in the bag. Hitting it straighter and longer than anything I’ve tried recently. I would think the Nitro will be similar but with lower weight to flex ratio and may allow less tipping to get desired flex.

I went through Ventus in the fitting, and didn't like it at all, nor did I like the HZRDUS Green we tried. Those X shafts make me try too hard to get them to speed, but anything too soft in the S range will get out of control in a different way. Black TR wasn't out yet, and I never really get a chance to try out wood shafts these days.

I had the 15 HI and it was STIFF.  No kick whatsoever.  It's was super accurate though.  I believe the Nitro series has different materials in it hence why it's so expensive but it's the same concept as the power series from what I've been told.  Picked up a TR Black and it's money.  So stable and smooth.  Very anti left which is what I need right now.

Retail price for TPT Nitro is 650

Retail price for Power Range(aka red range) is 380

It looks like the nitro (as opposed to the previous models) doesn’t have any tipping recommended, so it seems like it’s more of a plug and play vs their other shafts

Quick question on these TPT shafts, are the "Power Range" and the "Red Range" the same shaft, just with different graphics?

Correct Red Range and Power Range are the shaft shafts. Nitro and Gold Range are the same shafts. The Nitro range are slightly lighter weights compared to the Power and have a smoother load to them. I found the Nitro line to feel much better than the Power.

Wait a sec.  I had the TPT 15 HI which had the yellow lettering but no gold lettering.  I always thought it was the power line.  Are you saying that those are the Nitro line?  I always thought the Nitro line had the yellow and gold lettering.

They all have yellow graphics but the colour of the word driver is the differential. Nitro just came out in the last 2 months.

Gotcha.  The first gen power range was the one with red and the cross logo, right?  The one I had was the power range then as it only had yellow lettering.  Nitro was released recently and is 650 retail.

I have really grown to love my Power. Not my favorite feeling shaft but it does a great job keeping the ball in play. My buddy has a Nitro and Power in same shaft. He say the Nitro does feel better and is softer overall but doesn't know if it was worth his extra cash.

I really do love the dispersion pattern with the TPT shafts.  The 15 HI felt very stout and linear but wasn't overly harsh.  I ended up trading mine in because ball speeds weren't quite where I wanted them to be.

Anybody happen to have any info regarding a possible TPT Nitro Fairway shaft? They have a dedicated fairway model in the Red/Power range, but still only have "Driver" for the Nitro.
