I’ve got 12-15 polos. I love the quality and fit but the thing I struggle with is the designs. Somehow everything is a love or hate no in between but there’s plenty to love so no worries. Just seems like some are a little off the wall or trying too hard.

I can agree with this. Most of mine are pretty mild, but I’ve been mixing in a few more bold styles. That peacock one is wild above, but some days you just have to go for it -

That is unless you play with very conservative style folks and and a more classic club, but seems to be less of those around these days.

I love their stuff and have about 8 shirts. I just wish they would do more traditional/laid back designs and colors, too. It's so hard to find a plain, simple white or navy shirt or something a little more classy from them. Unless you want those awful pima cotton polos they sell I hate those things haha. They also seem to hate the color black for some reason.

this is my gripe with greyson they dont make regular shirts. and the printed style is already getting tiresome to me.

Greyson has a ton of regular plain shirts if that is what you’re looking for but you can get those pretty much anywhere.  I like their printed shirts the best.  They are so unique and it is what put them on the map.

They appear to have their shipping situation figured out. Placed an order Thursday evening and it’s out for delivery today (Saturday). Much improved after my last two orders took around 2 weeks to arrive.

I called and talked to a rep at Greyson.  They confirmed they did have shipping issues in the past but it has since been worked out.  They also said their “pack” members get priority shipping/refunds that have a faster TAT as well.

Most of mine are solid colors.  I love the more wild stuff -- so why solid polos?  I've got several patterned shorts and the solid polo is the only way to go there.  Either way I think Greyson has a pretty broad selection and something for everyone.

Side note...  I have been a medium in their polos for over a year now, large was huuuge.  I picked up a medium at a shop and when i got home it fit like a small.  Took it back and their other medium was same, put on a large and it basically was the same as old mediums.  Am I the only one to notice this, or just a style that ran small?

For me, it depends on the shirt style.  All of the “90% Polyester | 10% Spandex” blend shirts run on the larger size (for me anyways).  While the other style shirts run on the smaller size, I have learned this from a lot of trial and error….

Interesting note on that, at least I can look at that as a variable now.  I hate to have to try stuff on but it's getting to that point at shops now.  Draddy sport got me too, one medium doesn't irratate me  but another medium digs into my arm pits.

YMMV but that has been my experience with Greyson polo style shirts.

I got a pair of the trousers and shorts, the fit on the waist is great for me, legs are a bit snug right now. But as I get slimmer hopefully the legs do too and they fit better. Definitely ones I'd consider more of especially how stretchy they are.

But seems like certain colors can be see through if you have bigger legs at least for me with certain boxers.

I need to try the pants, as the consensus seems quite good on those, and my favorite source for pants was a casualty of COVID and is no more.  😞

I've been really disappointed in the shirt fit.  Average build, and the shirts fit me like a trash bag, circa 1995 Ashworth cut.  Maybe going down from an L to a M was the call, but someone built like JT must wear an XXS.

I have found that their 90% Polyester | 10% Elastane shirts fit very large.

Bumping this because I've seen a lot of back and forth after reading through the thread. Some people say the polos fit huge now, and some fit small.

I'm about as average as it gets, 6' 185 lbs. I'm a medium across Nike/Adidas/RLX, and small in FJ (Regular fit, M in Athletic fit).

Would a medium be the move on say the Saranac polo?

Thanks

The Saranac polo will run a little on the larger side.  You may want to order a small and a medium just to see which one fits better as YMMV.

Not sure if any of you are MLS fans but here in St Louis we just got a team and they're more popular than Santa Claus.

Anywho, the team shop was having a holiday sale event type thing that they were covering on local news and I noticed the reporter had a Greyson pullover with the soccer logo on it.

Low and behold, son and I went to the shop the next day they had womens pullover, two style polos, mens pullover and a cokato hoody all with the logo

The hoody was amazing but price was $265!!! I have two reg cokatos and think i paid around $80 on sale!

Anyways just chiming in on Greyson gaining popularity, unfortunately I dont see any of the Greyson/MLS stuff going on sale here anytime soon.

Montauk are a great pant, jogger, and short but fit is a little different than other brands for me.  I wear 32” in just about every brand, but with Greyson the waist is fine but everything else is way tight.  I found somewhere on their site a recommendation to size up for a looser fit so I will do 33 (even 34 for shorts) and am very happy.

Shirts are M all the way.  (6’ 3”, 180).  Most brands I can do L, but tried a Greyson L once cause M was sold out and there was no way.  S might’ve been a better bet.

oddly enough sweaters and pullovers in M are a little too small, but L is still too big.
