Got to roll them yesterday. I think these will be a hit. I can only go off of Callaways claims, but if what they say is true these will be great putters. The idea is that the face is the same ballspeed no matter where you hit it. They want to be the most consistent putters for distance control and forgiveness. 
 

But like everything we will see! I’m never afraid to call out BS marketing on any company. But I’ve got the Eleven T on order see if it can knock my Toulon Le Mans out.

Has a company done a release like this recently? It seems like typically the embargo is lifted and the articles start coming out first thing in the morning. They're probably doing some kind of dumb Good/Good collaboration.

I’m not sure why someone would paint stainless and titanium, then add weights the are incompatible with every other release. Unless you want to sell more weights and have a putter prone to chipping so it “looks” worn out and someone would need a new one in a few years.

I will say that I don't dislike this line or anything, but it's becoming much more clear why Toulon and Callaway mutually agreed to part ways.

I agree.  It looks to be about...Money!

 

The Rahm and Jailbird releases proved they could charge more.  Hence the Milled line, and higher price point.  I know this wasn't planned like this.  Just showing proof of concept.

 

I believe Toulon is still a part of Callaway licensing and resources for the separate line.  Makes sense for higher boutique, and hopefully Toulon can make it work in greener pastures.

Yes, they are in fact maintaining similar shapes to their wildly popular recent putters. Thanks god.

They got rid of the Las Vegas slant neck for the CH-plumber's neck. Not hating on the CH, but getting rid of the slant or H7 option was dumb.

That milled 1 with the topline is nice though. Too many flange lines out there.

Saw some marketing materials and one of the bylines was that rahm would have won another $2million last year had he been using the new putters. Didn't know we could measure retroactive strokes gained in prior years with new gear. 🫠

Sounds like what Bobby Grace did with the DCT putters with Macgregor. The DCT/ HSM was I believe softer in the center and was gradually firmer the farther from the center heel and toe to help with distance control.
