External shoulder rotation sure, but supination of forearm? Not for me. I get that you can avoid getting laid off by keeping in posture, but you have to be really committed to GGs model to have this work for your swing

I like the feeling of trail forearm supination to p6; for me it helps me keep my shots more online and less left.

It seems like the Gsnap is a necessity too to ensure the face is shut or square at P6 or your lead wrist needs to be flat/flexed. If your face is any bit open with that much trail supination is a guaranteed push cut OB.
