Help! Is this Scotty real?

Hi Scotty expert! I am looking to purchase my first used Scotty Cameron stainless studio 2.5. 
 

Can anyone tell me if this is a real or fake Scotty? Thanks!

Hey there, I don't think this is the appropriate place to post something like this. This forum is for putter mods/customs. I saw you posted in another forum with the exact same question/pics, so I don't know what you're getting at by double-posting.

 

With that said, I have a studio stainless 2.5, and the one you're showing here is real. There are a bunch of other threads asking your same question with tips/pointers on what to look for. Just a quick google search will get you farther than you need to answer your question.

 

Additionally, the person selling this on eBay has sold MANY other items and has perfect feedback...generally a good sign/reassurance.

Hey there! Thank you so much and I am sorry for posting in the wrong section.. my first post here and wasn’t able to figure out how to post it in just the putter section, so forgive me. 
 

i also tried looking it up online and this forum and I see the the part above S on vertical Scotty seems a little different from those i see. May I kindly ask you determine this as a real one?

As to your question, it's real. I looked over everything there, including the neck...maybe someone else will weigh in. It looks perfect to me. Other parts that are much harder to identically "copy" such as the skim-milled face, bumper shape, neck bend, etc. are all perfect, too. Even the old original grip, shaft band, and headcover are in great condition and are real.

They can barely get a plumbers neck correct no way they'd fake a flow neck.

Not sure what you mean by this, but the flow neck looks right.  I've owned this exact model and this looks very real to me.  FWIW, this model pre-dates when the counter fitting really started becoming an issue.  You should be fine from an authenticity standpoint.

Looks legit. The heavier the wear, the easier it often is to see the difference between real and fake. The cheap pot metal the fakes are likely made out of wears and dents very different than the genuine stainless. This one looks exactly like a real one I owned.
