Nike Footwear 2024 (Unofficial Thread) (***NO BUY SELL TRADE POSTS***)

I like that they are going a little more edgy with these. I wouldn't ever buy them or wear them but they're a cool concept and a cool design rather than just a different colorway.

I wish all these shoe companies stop making golf shoes that look like senior citizen orthotics .

And why is freaking everything almost spikeless now .

kinda stupid, so easy to apply one of the many golf soles they already have on hand

Stupid question, but do the Air Zoom Victory Tour 3 shoes have an air pocket?

Had a pair of Zoom Infinity Tours that popped right away and after that I'll never buy after pair of shoes with an air pocket.

I was going to ask the same thing. Im far from oldschool but I dont understand how people play spikeless or softspikes and thats what the majority of golf shoes are now. Possibly if you have really low swing speed and don't torque your body a lot during your swing, but outside of that I do not see the appeal of them at all over real spikes that actually plant you into the ground during your swing.

I guess aesthetically they look better because they look like normal shoes, but performance wise I don't understand.

it's not about performance.  It's about profit.  cheaper to manufacturer & will wear out faster.  If you ever can't explain something just follow the money, usually answers most questions.

Since real spikes went away, and especially over the last several years, spikeless shoes (with or without replaceable spikes) all seem to perform relatively close to one another.  I'd say that if you feel like you "need" spikes to keep you planted, working on balance in your swing could be beneficial.

Wet grass ... sure, more aggressive soles work better.  But in benign conditions give me an Ecco Hybrid or even a trail running shoe and I'm good.

Anyone know if the Air Zoom Victory Tour 3s will come in a white/grey colorway again this year? Meaning an all white shoe with grey swoosh?

Good to know, Im just going off my buddy I play with that constantly slips around in his swing and complains about them so maybe the specific ones he has just dont cut it (or his swing blows)

Good luck keeping those clean. Might work if you live somewhere it doesn't rain often or get dew on the grass. Anywhere it does rain those things look like they would be destroyed within about two rounds. They look like a dirt magnet
